Regal cleaned my carpets at my Broadway and Campbell The UPS store when there was a water leak from the neighbor. They did a real good job and I was very impressed with the cleaning. Now that I am ready to schedule cleaning at my Wilmot UPS Store they will not work around my store hours to clean my carpets. That is very inconvenient and now I am forced to use another company. Very frustrating they wont work with businesses.

We have 2 big dogs and travel a lot. Our RV carpets pay the price. Cody cleaned them and it is the best job anyone has done, and we have them cleaned often. He was right on time and very professional. I highly recommend them.

A very professional company and the owner is involved. They always come within a few days, arrive on time and do a great job. They even got red wine out of a white carpet a few years ago and the stain has not come back. I highly recommend them.

Late last week Arnold from Regal came to our home to clean our living and dining room carpets. They were in really bad shape due to pets, grandkids and age. They are 20 years old. Arnold was super nice. He helped me move a piano and some area rugs which he also cleaned. We have used many other companies in the past, none better than Regal. Our carpets have never looked this good. The price for this service was remarkable. Way under all the others we have used. Thank you Arnold for your great work.

Excellent pool service

WHEN I NEEDED A FILTER FOR MY RENTAL POOL, I THOUGHT THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT A COUPLE OF DAYS IN ORDER TO HAVE IT INSTALLED. RAY SAID THAT HE WOULD GET RIGHT ON IT.....AND HE DID! THE NEXT DAY I HAD A NEW SAND FILTER INSTALLED FOR MY RENTERS! BOTH, THE RENTERS AND I WERE VERY HAPPY WITH HIM. HE ALSO BEAT THE PRICES OF 3 OTHER COMPANIES THAT WERE GOING TO BE ABLE TO INSTALL THE FILTER IN 3 DAYS FROM THE TIME I CALLED THEM. WHAT A DIFFERENCE ! ! !

I tried to get them to my house for some repairs I needed but was never contracted back. I tried 4 times and the person at the office was very nice, but either they are too busy or didn't want to do the job because I was never contacted back for an appointment.

Moved Into a home with a pool and spa Maintainted by AAA for 20 plus years. The 25 year old pool runs and looks like new, besides some small wear and tear. These guys are excellent. Even came out and showed us how everything works and all the tips and tricks were passed on as we were going to maintain it ourselves. Thank you

A few weeks ago, we had major wind! All kinds of debris in the pool. Fortunately, or unfortunately, I had gotten a new pool cleaner. Apparently, it sucked up more junk than my Pool could handle, And I got a blockage somewhere in the line. First time ever, And I’ve been here for over 27 years. Unfortunately, it was over the weekend, so I called knowing that nobody could be out right away. However, Ray got out Monday Late afternoon, I told him what it happened, He said it probably would need to be blown out and sure enough, That’s all I needed. All the great little Palo Verde Pieces came right up. It worked perfectly. Pool has been running great ever since. Great response time, considering it was over the weekend and he had to fit me into the regular schedule. First time was a charm everything has been great since!
