Dennis was professional, timely and reasonably priced. While there is no miracle cure for white carpets in this tucson desert dirt and dust; they do look much better and my tile looks great.

I was in need of a quick carpet cleaning (due to new puppy issues)! I contacted Dennis at Platinum Elite and he was able to come right away. Matt did a wonderful job in cleaning the carpets and tiles in our guesthouse and main house. Had no clue the tiles in our main house were so dirty and his hard work and dilegence paid off, it looks like I have new floors. Reasonably priced and very professional.

I was already shopping on line for a cleaning service when we had a family emergency and needed help right away. I talked to them in the morning, and they had 2 people come out that same evening. Very professional and customer-oriented. When he arrived to assess and give us an estimate, he even brought us donuts. We needed a quick job done before our move out inspection, and they were able to work wonderful with our schedule and offer reasonable prices. He worked hard and did a thorough job without being too time-consuming. The use of natural products was also a plus. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!
