Fabian knows what he is doing with tile and upholstery cleaning, I’m sure his carpet work is also outstanding.

Carpets look great. Fabian did a great job cleaning the carpet at the rental I was vacating. He was on time, friendly, and efficient. He even helped me get a spot off the tile floor that I had struggled to get up for months. It was gone in minutes.

Fabian at Mavericks did a fantastic job on my carpets. They look brand new. Much better than the previous company I used. With his state of the art equipment he was able to detect pet urine not visible to the naked eye. Fabian explained how what he was doing to restore my carpets and he told me how to maintain them for the next year and to prevent damage that could be irreversible. Had some pretty dark stains in the carpet but Mavericks cool cat carpet cleaning did an amazing job can't even see them anymore and the carpets smell amazing highly recommend

I used Mavericks Cool Cat Carpet Cleaning this Monday to clean the carpets in a house I’m turning into a rental. Fabian did such a good job on the carpets that I ended up hiring him to clean the tile too. Since we talked about the tile after the carpets were already done, he came back the next day same time, no hassle and knocked that out as well.
This is a 2,195 sq ft single-level house with pets (and plenty of pet messes), and now everything looks and smells great. The place is officially rental-ready. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.
