I had a bad experience

Janiking is horrible I wouldn't recommend at all

We have used there service for over a year now. We really have never gotten the job done to our satisfaction. Constantly asking for things to be swept and mopped better. They only swept and mopped once a week. After calling to cancel they replied you only pay this $? so if you want a better job it will cost you this much more. Sorry, Good bye.

Been using Jani-King Tucson for years and we are very happy with their service. I would highly recommend them! We have had other cleaning services, and they are just not as good as Jani-King.

Santiago (the owner) and his team (Juan and Jesus) are amazing. My favorite part about these men is that they have integrity and they truly love what they do. They work hard and they are careful with everything in our home. We have them clean our travertine floors, our carpets and our upholstery. Compared to other companies, his prices are TOO LOW. Yes- I have told him this because when a company comes to work and works hard and does an amazing job, they SHOULD be compensated for it. These guys care and that is simply hard to find these days. Al confirmed the appointment the day before and before he headed out the day of. He showed up on time. Extremely professional, wore booties. Did an AMAZING job. I have a sectional that my dog likes to take a nap on. He was able to make it look like the day I bought it as well as the area rug underneath the space.

The owner comes himself. He was friendly and professional, He came the morning after my call. Took great care and Did a great job. Carpets look great. His rates were better then the first 3 I called as well. And didn't upcharge to do the closet. We have always been charged extra by other companies.. I highly recommend him for carpet cleaning.

Al did a very good job cleaning arm 2 big arm chairs, couch and love seat, pillows and 2 bedroom carpets. He also sprayed a disinfectant spray on areas where our 2 dogs had peed. We are very pleased and satisfied with his professional work. We will and have already recommended to our family and friends.
