Some repair/construction work left the entire house covered in dust and the floors a mess..Thoroughly came in, 3 gals for 3 hours and all is wonderfully back to normal again. I will certainly keep using Thoroughly on a regular basis. They excell!!!!

Thoroughly Cleaning and Organizing was a referral from a dear friend of mine. This friend said she had very good and positive experiences at her house with them. This friend of mine also knows how very picky I am when it comes to cleaning and organizing, too. So, I gave them a shot at my house. And, I am extremely happy I did! They did an extraordinary job!! I in fact have them come back on a regular basis now. Again, I am picky so for example…I requested that the baseboards be done exceptionally well and they delivered that but went above and beyond!! They not only did the baseboards very well BUT they removed all the black scuff marks that could be removed from my walls above the baseboards! I was incredibly pleased with this!! Again, they went above and beyond and I didn’t even ask for this. But, they saw it needed to be cleaned and cleaned it. I also wanted all of my blinds cleaned very well and they did just that. Even though this took multiple times, they did it happily. I have had a chance now to meet most of the ladies and they are wonderful…friendly, kind, trustworthy, understanding and hard working!! I am home with them when they clean for me and I see them working exceptionally hard!! They are not at all afraid of this difficult, hard work…they get in there and get it done right! I have also had the chance to meet and speak with the owner/manager, Eileen. And, wow…what a pleasure! Eileen is also so very friendly and kind. She is also professional and has brilliant organizational and cleaning skills just like her team does. Eileen is also willing to work with me in any and all situations I have brought to her. She listens and actually truly cares just like her whole astounding team does as well! Again, I am pleased and have a trusted cleaning team that I know I can count on every single time!

As always, the ladies from Thoroughly did a wonderful job. The house always looks and smells so good when they’ve been here! Plus, they are so nice and I feel very comfortable with all of them. Thanks again!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Eileen and her team go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. A few examples:

The very first clean, the cleaner found a spot on my carpet and said she'd be glad to try to get it out with a carpet cleaner on her next visit. Another time, a cleaner asked if she could go inside my atrium to clean the inside of the glass. Both of these examples show initiative and a willingness to do more than asked.

Another time, I didn't hear the door bell and the gate was locked, so the cleaning team couldn't knock on my door. They waited a long time, and when I didn't come to the door, they left to go on to another job. I never knew they were there and wondered where they were. Eileen called and told me what happened. She tracked one of the cleaners down and brought her back to my house. This unintentional delay upset their schedule and caused stress. But Eileen was cheerful and helpful as always, even though it was my fault all this had happened.

I highly recommend Eileen and Thoroughly Cleaning and Organizing to anyone who is looking for dependable cleaners who are quiet, efficient, and reliable, and who treat your home like their own.

Amazing! And worth every single penny. I was worried because I wasn’t sure how much they could or would do but they did everything! It’s obvious that the owner really cares about the clients and meeting their needs. Unfortunately I moving-but I would highly recommend TC&O to everyone.

Megan and Elma were wonderful! My house is so clean. Both women went above and beyond what I expected. I can't say enough good about Thoroughly Cleaning and Organizing. Very professional and conscientious. I'm so glad I found such a great cleaning company.

The girls were timely and worked hard. The gentleman was an hour and a half late and left before the girls. For the most part I’m pleased. A few things were surprisingly overlooked. My house needed a deep clean bc I did a lot of construction in my yard so there was a lot of dust/dirt, but it wasn’t messy. Maybe that’s why a few things were missed; didn’t “look” dirty? Overall I was grateful for the help. - KP

I found the owner to be very nice. However, I am extremely dissatisfied with the job they charged me for. Due to an emergency, one of the workers was unable to continue, which is understandable. However, the other lady who worked on the bathroom took an hour, but the job was not completed when she left for another appointment. Although the owner came to help, I had already realized that this was not going to work out for me. The house looked virtually the same when they arrived and when they left. I was disappointed because I really needed help, especially since I was moving in. Unfortunately, I do not feel that they have the necessary experience to assist me, yet they charged me over $200. At the very least, I was expecting a partial refund, but I did not receive one

They were really good. One of the women had to leave early and did not finish what she said she would, which meant that part of the house wasn’t done. That’s the reason for 4 stars. I’d like to try them again though to see how it is the second time around and if they warrant 5 stars. Some of the girls are really good though.

I had my first cleaning of my monthly scheduled cleanings with this company and so far I’m very pleased. The team that came was prompt, professional, and impressively fast. My bathrooms look better than they have in quite awhile, and I feel relieved knowing that they’ll be back in a month.

Just moved in to a new place and needed help cleaning my space before my things arrived. I called Amie's quality cleaning and they were able to make it out the following day. They did a great job and really made this new place move-in ready!
