Would give this company a negative star rating. Don't use them. They don't have qualified staff to clean. My house ended up dirtier and less healthy to live in. The staff intentionally does wrong things and then all they company says afterwards is those people got good reviews before. They made unforgivable mistakes in my house and I never want them to work here again. Oh, and when I requested a refund, they overcharged me.

The cleaning technicians, Lisa and Alondra, did an amazing job cleaning our home! We needed a deep clean and we are so happy with the quality of their work.

Amie’s Cleaning did a wonderful job on my home in Tucson—prompt, efficient and courteous. Amber paid careful attention to my preferences about products and directions for certain delicate furnishings. Amie did her best to schedule my visit on short notice. I’m genuinely disappointed with the experience I had with this service. I hired Amie’s Cleaning for a standard cleaning and was promised that my floors, kitchen, and bathrooms would be thoroughly done. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found that the floors hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped, and there was still dirt and gunk left in places like the refrigerator handle and backsplashes and cupboards (which they guarantee in the standard clean). It was easily the worst clean I’ve ever had, especially given that I paid $155.

I had clearly communicated that the floors were my top priority. I was also told that if I didn’t want a deep clean (which was $235 and not necessary because I had one done recently), they would still handle the basics thoroughly. Instead, I came home to half-done bathrooms, a kitchen where items were knocked over and not put back, and a generally careless job.

The list above is the standard clean and includes the deep clean list. The deep clean includes ceiling fans, baseboards, etc. I did not need those things. THE SERVICE WAS NOT FINISHED. AND SHE DID NOT HONOR THE GUARANTEE FOR NOT FINISHING AS SHE STATES IN HER 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.
NO REFUND. Just out the money and the time. But 2 very clean toilet bowls and a sheet change on the bed I could have done in 1 hour.

I NEVER asked the 2 cleaners to focus on the bathrooms. Or the guestroom. I showed them around the house and made a joke about the ring in the toilet bowl and when they asked which bed I pointed to the guest room. That is all.

The owner promised I would NOT be washing floors. But today I am washing floors.

To add to that, they advertise a $100 discount, but it turned out to be spread over multiple sessions as small increments, which felt misleading. And when I brought up my disappointment about the job not being finished, the owner basically blamed me for not choosing the more expensive option instead of addressing the poor quality of the clean I did pay for.

I’m sharing this so others can be aware. I was willing to be flexible if the job had been done reasonably well, but this was a really disappointing and surprising experience. I trusted them too much. And now am cleaning today when I don't have the time during the holidays. And Amie did not honor the 100% guarantee.

Two women here for 2 hours and mostly 2 bathrooms and some kitchen done? I have seen cleaners do my whole place including mopping and more in 90 minutes. Something is wrong here.

Due to life challenges, I recently called upon Amy’s for cleaning services. In one situation, the job was larger than expected and Amy kindly and professionally reached out to share changes. For my scheduled cleaning Amaya has provided timely and thorough service. She is pleasant and polite and my home always feels fresh when she finishes.

They did a great job!!! After a bad depressive spell I’d gotten so far behind that I just couldn’t get caught up!! They gave me a great jump start and it’s beautiful

Today’s cleaning person was an especially delightful human, and on top of doing a wonderful job, she was enthusiastic about meeting my dogs. It really put a big smile on my face to know our home was in such kind hands.

I am thankful for finding Amie’s. Our cleaning tech is amazing. She arrives on time. She interacts well with our senior dog. Our home is clean and refreshed upon her completion. She is friendly and pleasant. The price is reasonable for bi-weekly cleaning.

Amie was very responsive and provided a quote quickly. We emailed and texted and she came to see the house so she’d know what it looked like and what I was looking for. She was flexible and worked with us on scheduling. We did a deep clean in two parts, and all the cleaning techs did an awesome job. Lailonnie, Myrna, and Alex worked hard and were very friendly and professional. After the first day, Amie checked in to see how things went and I mentioned a few things that there hadn’t been enough time for. She made sure that those things would be done on the second visit, and they were. I so appreciate them and the job they did getting my house clean and feeling good. I definitely recommend! I didn’t take pictures of everything, but here are some I did take. We have a ways to go in terms of getting our stuff organized and having a place for everything, but having a clean house is amazing and so helpful!
