Their staff member does a great job cleaning the building once a week. They wipe down the toys.. vacuums the carpet..disinfects...sweep and mop..etc

Lilian and her team have been providing janitorial service and assistance on our campus for many years. They are quickly responsive to our needs and requests, very good with communication and consistent in their work. Jan-Pro is very reliable.

Our crew is always courteous and dependable. They do a great job keeping our facility clean.

We are very impressed with our team. They do such a great job keeping our office clean. They wait to run machines until we are off the phone and they wait for us to move out of the way so under our desks get nice and clean as well. The floor mats have never looked better!

Terrible company to work with. Quoted $1300 and after 2 weeks, they wanted to change contract to $1700. Cleaning was awful. After a year contract we canceled it. Our rep still continued to send private information about other businesses because he didnt even have the right contact information for his accounts. I had to tell him 5 times that we no longer had an account and the information he was sending was for a completely different company. Since then, JanPro continues to call, send emails, and and stop by to get us to join. I would definitely look elsewhere for cleaning services as we have found great success with a different company. Poor business model. Terrible customer service.

Terrible, didn’t show up consistently. Poor cleaning performance. Impossible to communicate with. Don’t want to terminate their agreement due to bad performance. Rather hire your own cleaning staff, which was what we did. They need to improve their customer service. Very bad experience.

Jan pro came in and cleaned our district office. They were very responsive throughout setting up the service and also offered the best competitive prices. They were flexible with us when setting the contract and even went out of their way to get a key so they could clean after hours not disturbing our business. Overall very kind people and the office was fully dusted, wiped and restocked. Definitely worth the money!
