MerryMaids arrived 15 minutes early to the appointment I had scheduled which was great! They went to work and with my large house was finished in about 6 hours! I had a move in cleaning done so it needed lots of work and the team did great! I did notice a few vents were dirty like in the bathroom but the house itself was very clean. I wish I would’ve added the oven interior to my package but overall good work and nice people. Would book with them again.

Margaret and her partner, as usual, did an amazing job cleaning our vacation home! The bathrooms and wood furniture gleam (including the glass shower walls), the baseboards and sinks shine, and there is not a speck of dust anywhere. Thank you, Merry Maids North!!

The Merry Maids cleaning service was just what I needed to feel confident in listing my property for sale. They did a 'deep' cleaning, were thorough, gracious and cordial. Great job!!!

Hired for a rental clean. Not much was done. Cat hair still everywhere. Bedrooms not cleaned. Laundry area dirty. Bathrooms and kitchen dirty. Hard to tell someone was there at all. Cleaner left the door unlocked when they left.

It was a wonderful experience to have the team from the Northwest side come and do deep cleaning. They were very professional and truly went the extra mile. I would absolutely refer them and I have, to anyone that asks about who to have come and clean for move out deep clean like we did or on a regular basis. The employees were knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend!

This was my 1st time using any type of home cleaning. My movement is limited at this time. The ladies were timely, thorough, and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

I had a scheduled cleaning appointment and the cleaners never showed up. I called the office and there is no answer. They are not returning my messages. This place is a scam, do not waste your time with them!

Just had Merry Maids come by for a deep clean so we can prepare for houseguests arriving tomorrow.

I couldn’t be happier with the job Merry maids did cleaning my home! They went above and beyond every room was spotless. My toiletries were nicely organized, and they even took the time to clean the patio furniture. The team was professional, thorough, and respectful of my space it was such a relief to come home to a sparkling clean well organized house highly recommend their services!

The crew did not show up when scheduled. One parson came an hour and a half late and another two showed up 30 minutes later.
There was almost no communication between the "office" and
me as to what was going on. The one major request that I had for cleaning, the refrigerator, was not touched and someone had
to come by the next day to finish the job. And one area of the living room was not dusted at all. Again, they came back the next day to finish the job. That day I got a text at 8:06 am asking if someone could come by after 10am to finish the job. I replied that that would be fine and asked about what time. At about 9:30 there was a knock on my door; they were there to finish the job. There seems to be a great lack of organization and communication on the part of the "office".

I used Merry Maids about 6 weeks ago. Paid for the "sparkle clean" - over $400!! First, despite saying they send a "team", they sent one woman. Not a team, not two people, just one woman. Great. I've cleaned my own house I know how it goes and how fast it goes. 4 hours. At first it looked ok so I even tipped her (I regret that so much.) But as the days went on (and still) I find basic things that were not done. Top of fridge? Nope. Wiped down cabinets? Nope. Cleaned floor around the fridge? Nope. Vacuumed under the couch? Nope. Vacuumed under the bed? Nope. Cleaned behind the toilets? Also no. I found all this out in the days that followed the "cleaning". I didn't call them because I had a family emergency. Besides mopping the floor (not even a deep clean) I'm not sure what she did. Oh. She cleaned some of the blinds, leaving dog hair and dust that flew out as soon as I lifted the blind. It's my fault. Back in 2015 we hired them and they were the same quality - no quality. But I thought I would give them another chance and for 450 dollars I expected more. And yes, they offered to 'discuss it and make it good,' but I don't have another day to take off of work and I don't trust them. They'll just send another person to inconvenience and not clean. Just a warning - if you like clean or even a basic clean - these are not the people for you. At all.

Today was the first time for Merry Maids to clean my home. I was very pleased with the service and the team today. I appreciate their attention to my specific home needs, and I plan to continue my monthly service with Merry Maids.

After months of trying several cleaners and companies, Merry Maids has delivered exactly what we are looking for. Both appointments have actually happened and our home is VERY clean. The staff is professional and listen to our concerns and wants. So happy we finally have a dependable and very professional team working with us!
