Kind, friendly, professional staff made moving out a breeze! They made sure to communicate often regarding the appointment and we're very thorough! Even my property manager was like "Wow they did a fantastic Job". The only thing is the website didn't make it easy for me to leave a tip as the pay was automatic.

I am leaving a review. I am in Tucson, Arizona. I scheduled an initial cleaning for 2 cleaners for 2 hours. I have a 4 bedroom home but specified I only needed the master bedroom cleaned, 2 bathrooms and living room\dining room. The kids clean their own rooms. The two cleaners showed up, a woman and a man. I believe they were on time. The woman seemed to start off in the master bedroom, I found her dusting and working (and oddly throwing things in a pile on the floor, which she cleaned up later but odd), the man however, went into the main bathroom, closed the door and literally stayed there for over an hour. The woman knocked on the bathroom door several times and they had discussions but he did not come out. There seemed to be tension but she tried hard to hide it. The bathroom was not that dirty and it was strange. The pics on their site is NOT my toilet or tub! I could tell the cleaning woman was frustrated. Basically, the woman had to clean everything and worked hard and fast to try to do the best she could. The kitchen was done and tidied up, the master bedroom, master bath were clean. She had to do a quick mop around the house (mostly tile) and told me if she stayed any longer, there would be an additional charge. I contacted Amon while the 2 cleaners were still here and telling him, the man isn't coming out of the bathroom. Amon said he was contacting them to tell them to leave, apologized for the unprofessionalism and we would sort it out. They maybe did not get that message, the woman continued her work. She was nice to my animals and i had no issue with her. I quite liked her for that, my kitten was being a pest playing with the broom and mop as she tried to do her work. Amon called me direct later on that day and I explained again what had happened, that I would have the woman back in the 2 weeks but not the man and I would not pay for the man because he didn't clean the bathroom very well anyway and it doesn't take an hour and half for one regular bathroom. Amon and I agreed that I would have cleaning services again in 2 weeks, which would have been the morning of 07/21 and I would get 2 cleaners but be charged for 1 as the initial 126 charge had already gone through. 07/21, no one showed up for any cleaning. I got text reminders n everything. I called Amon and went to their site, the chat was showing them offline so I left a voice mail. No response all weekend. I just called again, chat offline and got a voice mail. I have decided to dispute half the charge from 07/11 because the man did no work and no one showed up as arranged for 07/21. Kinda bummed actually. I hope Amon keeps his word and at this point, I'll drop the dispute if i get 2 cleaners, as he promised and 1 free, and an extra hour for the trouble! I am including pics of the bathroom the man "cleaned" and everything else the woman cleaned. The 4th picture is how i rearranged the sink after they left, which took just a moment of time. he left the towels like that. She did a good job for as fast as she had to work.

Wow! Great service. I love that they are licensed and bonded and run background checks on their staff so you know you're in good hands. So far I've been with them for 4 months and I really love how clean they leave my house after the ladies come in and do their magic. My house stays smelling clean days after they are gone. Thsy bring their own products or can use yours. They really care about the details and are willing to make cleaning hassle free for me.

We have an Airbnb in Arizona, but live in Oregon. One Click Maids manages our Airbnb and makes sure everything is perfect for the guests, which is important because if you don’t get 5 star reviews for cleaning, it hurts business. Most recently we had a guest move our heavy mesquite TV table and TV to another room and they were able to help us move it back for a small charge. Standard cleaning companies do not do stuff like this. HIGHLY recommend One Click Maids for your house or your Airbnb.

Maria did such an amazing job. I wish I had gotten before pictures for comparison. The countertops were shining and the toilets were spotless. My floor feels so wonderful to walk barefoot on.
It was so nice to be able to enjoy the weekend and not have to spend much needed family time cleaning up the house.

I called complete property cleaners to come to my home and clean out our Arizona / storage room. They did such a wonderful job ..I could barley get to one side of the room to the other . When they finished I was so amazed and could believe it ..they not only cleaned it and got all the trash out they organized it to.. Im so happy I called them .
