I am a Breast Cancer patient and I was referred to the Maids from Cleaning for a reason. I am a self professed clean freak. the ladies came into my home and did a beautiful job, since my bilateral mastectomy and current reconstruction my daily chores have been neglected and definitely not up to my usual liking.

I have been utilizing The Maids for seven months, since they were recommended to me by one of my friends. They are courtious, efficient, arrive on time, and do a thorough cleaning.

We've been using The Maids for years. We get the same team each time, they do a great job, they are fast, friendly, competent and thorough, and obviously like working for The Maids as we've seen almost no turnover in the team.

The crew was fast, efficient and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

I received a move-out service. The team was very fast. Thorough. Pointed out some damage I had missed so I could fix it before moving out. They were flexible around my needs.

I hired The Maids of Tucson to do a move in clean on a home I had just purchased before all of my furniture and boxes were delivered. They didn't have to do any of the floors (we had the carpets and tile cleaned) so only had to focus on cleaning out the cabinets, wiping down the baseboards and dusting, etc. The service I received was unacceptable. They rushed and did not clean anything thoroughly. I was asked to check their work when finished and I had to show them with a paper towel all of the dust that still came off window sills, light switch receptacles, baseboards, etc. They did not touch the baseboards until I asked them to go back and clean them. The doors to the closets and rooms were not cleaned and you could see black dust still piled up on the trim. There was still food and crumbs left in the refrigerator. When I asked one of the maids to clean in the refrigerator she said she did not know how. She said the only training they had came from a video they watch when hired. The dishwasher and wink were even worse with dirt and calcium buildup from the water. They also did not do the blinds until asked. I had to show them four times where the blinds still had an exorbitant amount of dust piled up. Finally I gave up and let them leave due to frustration and the time it was taking me to check their work and show them what still needed to be done. After, I noticed cabinets in the kitchen that had not even been opened, let alone cleaned. All of the mirrors in the house that had been wiped down showed even more streaks than originally there. When they left we were told that we would not be charged until someone from the company called us the next day to discuss our satisfaction with the service. When I received it I let them know I was very disappointed with the service. I was told they would use my comments as a training tool. Payment was not discussed and I assumed based on how unhappy I was with the service and that they did not provide a good service as promised that I would not be charged. At that point, no one offered to send out another crew to clean what was still dirty. I found the charge for $333 for the two and a half hours they spend in my home and called to discuss. They said that I should be grateful they only charged me for two hours and not the additional 30 minutes that the maids spent in my home cleaning items. I was also told that they will not be refunding my money and I could make as many disputes/claims/bad reviews as I want but the charge stands. I asked the representative, Brandy, on the phone if this were her home if she would be happy with the level of service and she had no answer for me; she just kept repeating that they would not refund my money. When I asked to speak to the owners of the company she said they are retired. I then asked to speak with her supervisor, Theresa, and was told that Theresa was unavailable and would contact me. Brandy then told me she was done talking to me and hung up. Later, Theresa contacted me and we discussed the service again. She said she agrees the level of service they provided was unacceptable and many items were left out that should have been cleaned she will not refund my money as the charge on the credit card has already gone through. Theresa informed me that since the maids had to redo some of their work they did not have the time to get to everything else that the should have cleaned and admitted that the ball was dropped on their end and that I should have received an offer to have someone else come out to clean the other items. The level of service received from this company is unacceptable and they should be ashamed of themselves. They claim they are 100% Guaranteed on their website, but I was offered nothing to fix the problem. It sounds like it is a common occurrence for them to deal with an unhappy customer but they do not care and do not believe a customer will actually take the time to dispute the payment and report them.

I was moving out of an apartment house and used their move-out cleaning service. I was able to leave a key for them so that I didn't have to be on site, and they locked up on their way out after cleaning. The place looked like I had never even lived there which was exactly what I was hoping for.

Great team of cleaning pros. Thorough and detailed. Pleasant and courteous. Hard working and knowledgeable about cleaning property during a transition of tenants. Highly recommend and will call on this team again!

They were cleaning a vacant home. Were supposed to call when on the way. Called 5 minutes out, so had to scurry to get someone there. Disconnect regarding vacuuming of carpets which involved a not very nice conversation with the head of the team, after which they did vacuum. Upon inspection after they left, many light switches still dirty, kitchen island still dirty. My person who was there said one woman kept telling the others she had already done rooms she had not and telling them not to do them. Would not use again.

We have been using The Maids for a few months now. They are fantastic! After going through several cleaning services, we were getting tired of the inconsistency in cleaning and unreliability of other services. With The Maids we have had none of these problems. Team Lime you rock!

The deep cleaning service was a complete waste of $400. They only stay for 2 hours which is absolutely not long enough to "deep clean" a house. For the money, I expected a lot more. I have had deep cleans from maid services in other cities which were worth the money, this one was not. The maids only cared about watching the clock, not my cobwebs!

They come each month and do a very thorough job cleaning our home. We have retired from housecleaning and they're taking it to the next level.

I've been using them for about 7 years now and they have always been timely, detail oriented and kind.

We've used this company for several years now, and it has been a great experience. The company calls the day before with the team's arrival time; the team shows up on time -- or in rare instances, calls to let us know they are running late (or early). This is to be expected by the nature of a cleaning business where appointments can run over.

The Green Team has been great to work with, always taking time to exchange pleasantries, while being courteous and professional. They always provide feedback if they can't handle something (e.g., biological waste -- cat vomit), and are always willing to accomodate special requests (within reason -- there is no such thing as a free lunch).

We have our house done bi-weekly, and highly recommend The Maids.

We were given an arrival time between 1&2 PM window for the workers to arrive, and received a phone call at 1:15 saying they were running a bit late due to an earlier job, and would arrive at 2:30. I appreciated that call as it allowed me to take care of other tasks before they came. It was also a minor and understandable adjustment. From the moment they came in--at 2:30, they were professional, efficient and helpful. They asked to be shown the house and what I wanted them to do, then got right to work. Anna arrived later to check on things and stayed to help. At the end, the walk through proved everything in perfect shape. Many thanks for your service.

Having the same team members come when possible is very nice. They learn the home and what to look for that needs attention. If I ask them to pay more attention to something, they do it willingly. Today, they did a very nice job! i am always comfortable having them in our home.

Everything looks great. When I went to the refrigerator, I realized that it had not been cleaned. The previous visit, I had said not to do it, and I thought I had mentioned to do it this time.

Awesome ladies. Team Lemon did such an awesome job. I am moving out of an apartment and they cleaned it so well I wish I was staying. Less than an hour for a 1 bedroom move out! I am pleased and will recommend them to my friends and coworkers.
