We have hired them to come once per month to lighten the load for us as we are both very busy running our own business. We are "dog people" and are delighted when our team took the time to learn our dogs' routine and work around (and sometimes with) them. During the year that they have been coming out we have only seen once person change and the staff is always pleasant. Their Area Inspector has stopped by twice during that time to make sure they are conforming to their protocols and standards.
No person or team can be expected to perfectly fulfill their work obligations 100% of the time .... but with a simple call to their office, they are quick to return and follow up with something they might have overlooked or forgot.
After the 3rd visit, they average the price and we pay the same each month now and know what to expect.
I like dealing with a company that stands behind their service and workforce. Give them a call and if you are not completely satisfied, then consider calling the office before rushing to social media to rag on them. (Frankly, that should be policy regardless of what service you have hired another to perform - in my experience service providers relish the opportunity to make their customers happy .. but can't do that if they are not aware of it)

I've used them for 11 years now (they gave me a free cleaning and a fresh rose on the 10th anniversary) and wouldn't change them for any other service. I used a couple of others before The Maids and the others were never as satisfactory. I use The Red Team, and almost always the same people in the team come -- so they *know* what to do in my quite large house with only a few words of instructions from me. The other services were always sending entirely NEW people and I would first have to spend 15 minutes walking them through the house -- ON MY DIME. Most of the personnel at The Maids seem to have been there for a number of years -- which indicates that they're being treated right by their bosses, not always the case elsewhere! I've recommended them to several people over the years, and I would recommend them again today....

We had a deep cleaning done and I cannot believe I stepped into the same house! I have carpal tunnel, so sometimes scrubbing is hard. Our crew went above and beyond. I can't say enough nice things about them. We will definitely call them again. They are outstanding!!! 3 cheers for Team Lemon!!!

This was my first time receiving cleaning services, and I will certainly do my research next time. Besides the quick response from the company owner after I called and voiced my concerns, the entire experience was unsatisfactory. My 1400 sqft house is in good condition and just needed a deep clean to prepare it for a showing. After leaving three maids at my home for only 45 minutes, I received a call that they were finishing up. That surprised me a little, because even with three people, that seemed like a very fast clean to meet every requirement of the “deep clean” checklist. I walked in and discovered that the counter was still dirty (rice grains left on counter), the floor still had scuffs and grime stains, water spots in the bathroom, baseboards untouched, fans still dusty, dirt/dust directly under the bed and coffee table with no effort made to vacuum underneath. I know they cannot move furniture, but there was certainly enough clearance to easily reach dust under almost all furniture. I honestly felt like crying when I discovered how little effort was put into cleaning my home and thinking about the amount of money I spent just made me so frustrated. When I voiced my concern directly to the maids, the manager for the team addressed some of the problems, but, made me feel as though I was being picky/difficult simply for asking about the services and questioning the effort that went into the work. After the team left, I called and spoke with the owner who was understanding and she had the team manager return to my house to finish the job, which was an improvement but still not done to the highest standards. I have photos of the issues, and will post them on a separate review.

Horrible. I had used this cleaning service for years in two different homes that I owned. When the business changed hands, the service went south. The floors were never properly cleaned. The window cleaning was subpar. The owner could have cared less, which made me think that they wanted to drop me so they could take on a new customer and charge more. If you head on over to Yelp, you will see that they have more 1 ratings than any others. Please use caution with these folks. They are not to be trusted nor taken for their word. In addition the team leader was a liar, telling me that their allotted amount of time at my house was less than the supervisor reported. I was a generous tipper and any anger on my part is because the team’s poor service went on for months after I reported it. What a joke!

Holy hell.

I used these guys last year and they did a phenomenal job. I emailed them to schedule another cleaning, they quoted me over $100 more than the last time to do the same job, and also insisted they had never been here. I tried to tell them, yes, I promise it was you. I left a review on the website, your people left your business card which is how I knew which email address to email you at to begin with, and really it doesn't matter, I'm just trying to get a quote and availability but they seemed hung up on insisting it wasn't them. I feel like I'm in an episode of the twilight zone. Trying out other companies instead. It's a shame too because their cleaners did amazing.

Kudos to Team Red, Melissa, Yessika, Analynn and Linda for your amazing work. Professional and hard working group, thanks for bailing me out of a dust mine left by another vendor. Keep up the good work.

Had some unexpected challenges recently with an apartment move out. Lost power in bedroom/bathrooms. We provided portable lighting which wasn’t ideal but the team came in and did a great job. Thank you for understanding the situation and working through the difficulty.

Cleaning excellent. 800spft house clean. Clean I say!
Bathroom tub extra work. No cabinets needed attention,
inside basically what I paid 250.00 for prior to 3 star level.
Today left a bill for 348.00 for a home cleaner than the 250 $ previous.
They are not the only service in town. Im flabbergasted!
I should have said oven, inside cabinets, etc. Glad they showed up

We have been using The Maids for just over 3 years and its worth every penny! The Lavender team is AMAZING, they come in and know exactly what needs to be done and do a great job every time. There was once that a different team was sent due to scheduling and because they were not as familiar with the home, the cleaning was not as thorough as it has always been. I called and spoke to the office and that day, the supervisor came out and redid the areas that were not up to par with no questions asked. Their customer service is wonderful and I can't rave enough about the team. They work hard, are so friendly and my pup Luna loves to see them every two weeks and they are wonderful with her! If I could give more stars I would!! Thank you for being wonderful and taking a load off of my plate!!

We just moved out of our house. The Maids showed up today to clean it, to get it ready for the walk through. They advertise this service as making our house walk through ready. This would have been worth the hundreds they charged us to clean a empty house, however they informed us part way through cleaning it that they do not touch walls or ceilings, which makes the price of their service completely outrageous. How the hell are you going to advertise making the house walk through ready when you aren't willing to touch a wall or ceiling? It's not as though this house was super dirty either. We keep our house well kept and clean. This place is a complete ripoff and a scam.

The Maids in Tucson are fantastic! They are efficient, effective, and very thorough. I have tried the rest, now I have the very best!

We have our two-person home cleaned once a month. It keeps us motivated to put things away at least monthly. The team does a really good job and I like them very much.

Brandi and the team at The Maids in Tucson were on it from start to finish for a move-out cleaning of our 1500 square foot rental in Sahuarita. The team was efficient in their work making a huge difference in the home. Whether it is a lease requirement of the rental agency or simply not wanting to clean upon move-out, it's worth giving The Maids in Tucson a call! They will save you time and energy leaving the space looking great for a rental check-out! Would highly recommend!
