Sarah has been able to do the things i constantly procrastinate and help deep clean the house in ways that i have not been able to. She even took the time to focus on the small things like wrapping my cords to neat bundles unlike my normal chaotic pile! I was impressed with her attention to detail and thoroughness. I'll be requesting Sarah in the future!

I'm happy I hired these guys. I asked them to help clean before a part. Tidy Casa did a great job. Communicated well, were on time (that was a rarity with the last cleaning crew I hired) and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. I'm glad I had them out. I'd hire them again.

I want to start off by saying even though I have not had a cleaning done yet from the tidy casa cleaning service I saw one of the team coming out from a house while I was outside and stopped to ask about there services. I believe the young lady’s were Alex and Barbra and they were more than happy to tell me about the company and the services there company provides. For have coming up to a complete stranger these ladies were very kind and helpful and answered all of my questions I will definitely be booking service with tidy casa in the very near future.

Update: Second cleaning was completed on 4/15/22.
Devon was awesome! He called me prior to his arrival and was at my home within the allotted timeframe. Devon did such a fantastic job thay I've already scheduled my next cleaning for June and specifically asked that they assign it to him. I highly recommend Tidy Casa!

After recently relocating to the Tucson area, I found Tidy Casa via Google search. Initially I contacted 2 other companies. One sent me a quote via email, however there was no additional follow-up. The second company, responded no availability on the days I selected....again no further follow-up. I called Tidy Casa and was able to actually talk to someone. Cara, I believe is her name was most helpful, as she answered all of my questions and scheduled my cleaning. Katie did an awesome job! I highly recommend Tidy Casa and I will be using them again!!

I work incredibly long shifts as a nurse and come home exhausted and then work more to finish charting. I’m also incredibly neurotic about cleaning and very “critical” as my husband says about the cleanliness of our house. I decided to have our house cleaned because I was feeling too burnt out to keep up. I cannot even explain how incredibly gratifying it is to come home to a house as clean as I came home to today. It’s an entire day changer to come home exhausted and see that somebody not only took this huge chore off your shoulders but obviously takes pride in their job and respects peoples homes. I really couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much.

I suffer from depression so sometimes I have a hard time keeping up with my house work and it tends to build up and overwhelm me. I wasnt expecting a whole lot because my apartment was very messy and in the past people would just clean around my things. But this was very thorough and she even organized my closet. She even took care of the few mugs I had in my sink. I am very satisfied with how clean my apartment is now and I think this is something I will do once every one or two months now.

Devon called ahead informing he was going to be late but was communicative about his estimated arrival. He was aware of areas of concern and did a walk through to ensure where things were located. He was polite, respectful of property, and communicative throughout the process. My place looks great.

Everything about Tidy Casa was great. From the ease of making the appointment to the people that came to clean. Everyone was so nice and courteous and my roommates and I were thrilled at the how clean our apartment was. Will use Tidy Casa again and would definitely recommend them.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the services performed. Lights were haphazardly left on around the house. The blinds were left all askew and several countertops were left uncleaned. Very poor work for very high prices. I would avoid this company.

Tidy Casa has been phenomenal to do business with. We never have to go back and forth with them regarding our house being cleaned up to standards. They do am exceptional cleaning job and I wish there were more companies that were not only affordable, but extremely consistent like they are. I’ll be sticking with Tidy Casa long term.

We had our first clean with Tidy Casa this week, and they did a fantastic job! Very professional, great communication, on time, and my house is sparkling. Found our forever house cleaners and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

Here is my objective review of Tidy Casa. I had two locations serviced by Tidy Casa, one in Tempe and one in Tucson.

The first time I tried to set up an appointment in Tempe, there was an error in the system. Their system let me book on a Saturday when they don't work the weekends. While it was an inconvenient hiccup, their staff did reach out to me and work around to make sure people were sent. For the first visit, though, they only sent two people to clean a large sized home. I had figured they would send an entire team - but that was not the case. I had never used the Tidy Casa service before, so when the first lady came inside it was kind of awkward, no introductions/explanations of any sort, she just kind of moved towards the kitchen. She stayed and cleaned until a second cleaner finally came to help her out. The second cleaner, Cas, was a lot more thorough and friendlier than the first cleaner - so I really appreciate that from her end. She asked me questions which assured me as well. There were things missed by the first cleaner in the end: two trash cans weren't emptied in the lower level, the vacuum was not done thoroughly the first time (there were visible things on the carpet seen), and overall it was a very superficial clean on the lower level.

For the second visit, I had no problems in making the appointment. The cleaner was friendly, but again I feel they did a very superficial job in cleaning. The main trash was not taken out, so I ended up doing that in the end. There were dishes in the sink, which I understand they don't clean - but I had to ask for the kitchen sink to be cleaned at the end. Additionally, something I noticed in both visits was that the amount of cleaning material they bring is not too many. I should've asked more questions regarding the cloths they use, etc.

Overall, the service is not terrible, but there are other cleaning companies out there that likely do a better job than Tidy Casa that I'd probably try out next time before trying them again. It is definitely worth servicing a larger home, but for an apartment sized house - its not worth your money. The ease and convenience of scheduling and their staff working with you were very good pros to their service.

I had the pleasure of meeting Veronica she was GREAT super friendly and professional! She did an amazing job with cleaning my house, she cleaned every inch of dust I had in my home. Spectacular job veronica would love to have you come back one day thank you for your hard work!!

Tidy Casa was a life saver! I am now going to hire them on a regular basis and originally had no plans to maintain a regular cleaning service. (At the time, I just needed a deep clean prior to company arriving.) If you're looking for a service that cares about making their customers happy and provides an exceptional cleaning service, with amazing cleaners, Tidy Casa is it!

My house is almost always a disaster so I was very pleased to come home after the team came by and my house looks amazing! Super thorough and professional, great communication. Would definitely recommend booking with Tidy Casa!

Well, rough start as they were understaffed. But who isn’t. So the kind gentleman that showed up worked so hard I tipped him $$. And they were very polite and compt today. So yes. I would absolutely hire them again. Thank you for the graciousness of the manager I spoke to. She understood. So my five stars remains 5. And yes. Don’t hesitate to hire this very responsive team. Ok service. Small two bedroom apartment >900sqft and their base service was like $225 I believe or around there… this was a move out cleaning and the add ones loved it to $350 (these were not like add ons like deep clean the rug, these were add ons like clean the inside of the fridge, clean inside the cabinets) I have other things going on in my life at the time and had this scheduled next day. They got it done. Probably won’t get my deposit back anyways, but I got the place cleaned. Hopefully will never have to use a service like this again. The good news is they were $150 cheaper than the other place I called.

We used Tidy Casa in Tucson for a move-out cleaning. Both cleaners were friendly and professional. The house smelled amazing after it was cleaned. The office people that arranged the details were efficient and reliable. Trust this service. It is 5 star!
