We had drywall work done - dust everywhere. Literally every surface. I understand repeating specifics (address etc) and the fact they won’t clean tops of cabinets (due to safety and they are too high) but to decline the job due to us needing walls dusted. I said I understood the price would go up however it’s simply something they won’t do. Just a heads up. Sounded great otherwise though. Only left 3 star due to not being able to do the tasks required. Not negative review simply informative. Have a great day!

I've used this cleaning service for years and they never disappoint. The house always smells so clean and fresh when they're done. The employees are always so friendly and efficient. In fact, all the employees I've dealt with are great. Their office staff are always so patient and accommodating when I need to make changes to my schedule. Highly recommend.

The cleaning was very slow.after 2 hours I found out the office had scheduled them for 3 hours.
In the past it only took about 1 &1/2 hours. So I set them home without getting the kitchen cleaned

I came home to the windows open and the AC turned down to 70. It was 100 degrees outside that day. Trash swept into the yard. Would not recommend.

A good friend told me about Molly Maid. I am a single dad with a toddler so I can’t really keep up with my home. Two wonderful ladies came and left my house spotless and smelling clean!
I decided to write this review because Im sure there is many dads out there that don’t really think about this service and trust me it’s worth the money!

Had an initial incident with the home not being clean fully, but the owner called and spoke with me personally and he made it right. It's so rare in the service industry that this level of follow up is achieved, but it was and I will definitely give them another shot. Today I had Molly Maid team come to my house and I was amazed with all the hard work they put into detail to clean. My house looks immaculate!! I highly recomend!!

I came home to an immaculate house after Graciela and Oneida with Molly Maids worked their magic! Every detail was spotless, and the thoughtful touches made me feel like I had just checked into a high end hotel. Their professionalism and care truly exceeded my expectations. I can’t recommend them enough.

I payed for a two hour move in cleaning of my kitchen and two bathrooms, all of which are small areas. When I got home the two bathrooms hadn’t been touched. I called and spoke with the manager and she said the team told her it took them two hours just to clean the kitchen. When I asked if they could come back to do the bathrooms she said they could but I would have to pay for another hour and refused to give me a discount. When I voiced my displeasure she only offered me a $10 discount on the added bathroom clean. I have pictured the kitchen and bathrooms to show how small they are. I do not recommend anyone use this service!

Mercedes and Sayda just left my house after cleaning it for me and I am so pleased with the results. I was gone for two weeks and did not want to do any cleaning when I returned. They did an excellent job!
