The ladies who came out did a fantastic job. The home was cleaned and they took the time to really focus on the areas that I needed done. Will use again and highly recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish the Molly Maid team was on time thorough and paid great attention to detail. My house is never looked better. Definitely a five star experience!

I asked for an estimate before starting the service, which was cancelled at the last minute. Instead I was told that the cleaners would be sent out "for a deep clean" and to assess the job. My house is already clean- only in need of the basics. Well, I ended up being charged nearly $500 for a home that was already quite clean. It seemed so absurd that I could not hire this company. It made me feel taken advantage of. (Note: the cleaners themselves were professional and polite. My beef is with the way the company is run.)

Coming home to a sparkling clean space is the greatest feeling ever! Molly Maids did such a wonderful job. I loved all of the small touches that left my apartment feeling cozy. Will absolutely use their service the next time my apartment needs a deep clean!

So the 3 ladies were so good and so hard working. My house looked fabulous when they left. One thing. Next day in my shower I noticed on the inside liner, black marks, like scuff marks. Then I saw a lighter one on the door. They can clean them next month but but I can't even guess what made them. Wanted you to know.

First, I want to say thanks Molly Maid for getting my house so incredibly clean. I'm a very busy working mom who greatly appreciates coming home to a house that is clean and tidy I put a lot of trust in the Molly Maid ladies and they have always been wonderful.I get my house cleaned every Monday so coming home from Monday work, always puts a smile on my face. Thanks for making my busy life a little bit easier. Plus, the office personnel always helps me with any scheduling changes

It was a “moved out” cleaning and the girls did an excellent job. I had 10 yrs of hard water buildup on shower doors and I was truly amazed how cleared it was after the service. Great job on the stove as well. I wish I thought of having pre- move in cleaning service done as well. I love the finishing touch with the paper towels 😍

The Molly Maid of Tucson ladies did such a wonderful job. They were very polite, professional and got right to work. Both ladies worked hard and came prepared. The kitchen and bathrooms have never been so clean. I used them right before the holidays and I’m going to be using them right after as well. They really made my life so much easier. Being such a busy time of the year, hiring Molly Maid was a wonderful choice. I’m definitely going to refer them to my neighbors. Thank you Molly Maid, always the best service!!

The cleaning service was okay, just a few spots missed. The house was empty and we hired them for a move out clean. It’s a 1600 sqft home on a dirt lot. They estimated over $400 (I do not remember exactly since I never received it in writing) and ultimately had to pay $546. For the price I paid, I would expect it to be completely clean. They do not communicate any information in writing (e.g. estimates, list of services included, payment process, etc.). In the past few days I have had to step away from work multiple times to take their phone calls. I booked this service as a convenience and ultimately it was not convenient.

They spent 4 hours doing the deep clean of my house and made sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend them for anyone in the Tucson area!

We used this service for the first time this past week and have already booked again. Thorough cleaning by a crew and our home looked beautiful!

WOW is all that I"m coming up with at this point! They have cleaned for me for 10 months and had recently started breaking things and because I brought it to there attention they no longer want to clean my house!!! (The reason, I have to many nice things ??) Maybe being a bit more careful and not so rushed could of resolved the issue. They were probably the best Company I've worked with on cleaning my house even gave Christmas gifts to the 5 girls that continually came to the house... I'm beyond SHOCKED at how they ended the working relationship.. I've changed my rating because of this because I think that was not right they did that!! They are the one's that made the mistakes and breakages not me!. I still wish you all the best and I'm really disappointed!

My regular cleaning lady has been ill for the past couple of months, so I was ready for a deep cleaning. They were friendly, thorough, and the results were better than expected.

Alex was super quick to get us in on short notice and the team did a great job. Not only do I recommend them, I would use them again.

I believe that the owner and I became imidiate friends. He explained in detail all the services that they provide. His staff showed up on time, and did a Thorough cleaning and were very pleasant and understanding of what needed to be done. I would certainly use and recommend this company.

Excellent cleaning service. Prompt and on time from start to finish. Every part of the home is sparkling clean when they are done. Highly recommend for weekly or bi weekly cleaning you will never be unhappy for their work is impeccable.
