They were amazing and provided exceptional service. My home has been rented, and the people that lived in my house had pets. The odor was incredibly bad, but they were able to do the deep cleaning it needed to get the house smelling amazing I would use them again.

I wish I had taken before and after photos -- Courtney was the professional who came to our house for a deep clean, and she was WONDERFUL. She did a fantastic job, considered little details, and worked very hard for a LONG time. We are preparing to host family who have an infant, and I'm so glad I hired One Click Maids. A snowbird, I used One Click Maids for two seasons and was happy with their work. I arranged for another cleaning to be done so that when I got to Tucson the house would be clean. They charged me over three times the prior amount and listed my house as a 3 bedroom when it is 2. I telephoned them to discuss the matter. The person I spoke to said they had increased their prices and because I have not been in the house, and it has been empty, they needed to treat it as a first time cleaning, which they did not specify when I called them to set up the cleaning and they had not done that in the past. I will not be using them again because of their unethical business practices.

We hired One Click Maids to do a move out clean and I could not make a higher recommendation! They arrived on time and did a beautiful job cleaning the place. It was absolutely spotless and smelled very clean. They did a very through job and worked quickly for as thorough of a clean as they provide. I would absolutely recommend booking with this maid service. They do an excellent job, I couldn't have had a better experience!

This is my first time to hire a cleaner for my condo and I am so glad i chose Oneclickmaids. I am very particular with cleanliness and keeping my place orderly and that’s just how they did it. When I arrived from from a vacation, my place was so clean and smells so good. The bathroom and kitchen was really clean. I don’t need to hire somebody else to compare them with since I am very satisfied with there service. They also sent me with before and after photos of the place. They even washed my sheets and towels. The price is also very reasonable. Highly recommend them👍🏻

I needed a deep clean of my mother’s home on very short notice. They were responsive, polite and did excellent work. One of the maids had an emergency that morning and was delayed. They notified me at once and had someone out asap to get the work done. When my mom returned from the hospital she remarked on how they made the house feel so airy and how the bathroom floors never seemed so shiny before. I would use them again and will recommend them.

I had a move in cleaning done on my house. The maid was punctual and finished ahead of the 6 hour quoted timeline. Customer service was also easy to work with during the scheduling process. In the time since the cleaning I have noticed things that should have been cleaned and either weren’t at all or weren’t thoroughly cleaned. Overall the cleaning was decent, but for several hundred dollars I was expecting better.

We moved to Tucson from out of state and our new place wasn’t sufficiently cleaned by the rental company before we got there. One Click Maids got back to me quickly and was able to come for a move in cleaning before we unloaded our truck the next day. We’re grateful for their services and quick response. Highly recommend.

The cleaners arrived on time. The home was a 2,400 square foot rental. We did an initial walk-through and discussed the cleaning needs in each room. The crew did a great job. I was very pleased with their work. The cost was reasonable. An unexpected part of the service was the cleaners noted anything in the home that needed attention. Such as a garbage disposal not working, toilet not flushing properly, and light bulbs that needed replacement. I appreciated being made aware of the problems. I will definitely use One Click again.

I had just moved to AZ and I needed a move in cleaning done for the kitchen and bathrooms ASAP. I called and spoke to Chris and he made me feel like he already knew me. He was warm and welcoming and was able to get a person out that day!! I was running a little late and when I got to the house, Tina was waiting for me. I apologized and she was so gracious. I had One Click Maids clean my house for the first time last week. Tina was absolutely amazing ! She was very prompt and courteous and kind. When she left my house it was cleaner than it had ever been. Tina started at the ceiling fans and cleaned everything down to the floors and baseboards. She did the windows inside and out. My refrigerator now looks brand new. My house sparkles it is so clean. I highly recommend One Click Maids and because of Tina, this is the only cleaning service I will use.

One click maids did a great job cleaning our 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Scheduling our cleaning online was super easy and convenient! The ladies arrived early and got to work very quickly. They left my poor neglected oven sparkling and looking brand new! They also removed the hard water ring, I couldn't remove from the toilets! I highly recommend them!
