Javier was very professional and kind. Answered all of my questions. He did a great job on my carpet and am looking forward to have him back to clean my tile.

The owner, Javier, was super professional. He and his team aggressively attacked my pet stains and drink spills, leaving my carpets and upholstery SPOTLESS! I highly recommend Javier to steam your tile and shampoo your carpets he does a very good job very professional he takes his time and makes sure he satisfies your needs at a very good price. I originally went with steamy concepts they are very over priced and they do a half fast job I canceled my service with them and hired Javier to finish my house work I needed done, he has done a very good job I will hire him again to do my services in my household thanks Javier at flooring concept and seal!

We had our tile floors cleaned and sealed and the difference is night and day! I'm so happy we had this done. He arrived on time and worked very quickly considering how much tile we have. We will definitely be using Flooring Concepts again!

We first scheduled steamy concepts and that was a terrible mistake. They were unprofessional, rude and in my opinion a bunch of scam artists. After asking them to leave my house I called flooring concepts and spoke with Javier. Whom was professional and listened to my concerns and was then at my house for service in the next hour and a half. He did a tremendous job on my three rooms, stayed in complete communication with what he was doing and why. If you want great professional service and at at very reasonable price with no hidden agendas these are the guys to hire. Forever grateful!

Javier from Flooring Concepts was the epitome of professionalism. He stood behind his work and the Flooring Concepts business. He was on time, knowledgeable, thorough, honest and kind. I had tiles installed in my home and they had residual grout over top of them. Javier was able to remove the residual grout and seal my grout lines to perfection. I’m so glad to have found Flooring Concepts and look forward to working with them again in the future for professional upkeep of our tiles.

He got some stains out from my white sofa that I thought would be permanent. My tile floor looks new and the grout is back to its original color. I highly recommend this company!
