After trying several different companies,
we chose Logic Maids. They are excellent! I've been thrilled with their punctuality and level of service. The house smells and looks great after a cleaning. I highly recommend Logic Maids

Logic Maids really impressed me with their attention to detail. I had them do a deep clean because there was quite a bit of dog hair on the floor. When I got back home, the entire house was spotless. I really liked the flat rate pricing. Monthly customer from here on out!

The cleaning staff at TIdy Casa have always been excellent, detail-oriented, responsive to suggestions, and overall great. Office staff is accomodating and the online system of scheduling is generally good though sometimes communication channels get crossed. This is an excellent company and treats its employees well by all reports. It is expensive, about $200+ per single cleaning.

Tidy Casa cleaning was easy and friendly to work with. Pam and Gabe cleaned our home for a move-out clean and did an amazing job! They were both very friendly and the house was spotless after.

It’s like hiring your kids to clean your house. They ignore tiny details and put in half effort. This is basic cleaning not professional.

I will say that customer service was amazing in presenting options to make it right. We made an agreement for discounted service. I appreciate this. It’s just nice to have it done once and not have to finish a $500 job yourself.

Both of the cleaners were very friendly and immediately responded to my recommendations. They were here for a deep cleaning. They missed a number of areas for dusting so I needed to show the tables and shelves to them. They pointed out that they are not allowed to move or pick up things that might be breakable or damaged. I understand that, but a duster worked when I showed them the areas and some had nothing on them.
They didn’t clean the bathroom sink but again they did it after I pointed it out. Perhaps they need a bit more training?
Things were Very Dusty because I had to be away for 2 months and my husband and daughter were home alone. And I’m from German heritage so I am pretty picky! 😃

Was in a pinch to get a maid out quickly for my vacation rental home. They were able to provide service. The team that cleaned the home was very fast and efficient! The pricing seemed a little high however can't complain because they performed the service without a lot of notice!

Brianna was so good. She showed up exactly when we expected her to and she was so thorough. We had been so busy the past few weeks the house had gotten away from us but she did an amazing job in the bathrooms the floors and the kitchen. It was such a pleasure to come home to that clean of a house.

I called Tidy Casa to do a deep cleaning after a lot of work (very dirty) was done in my house. The team arrived on time, very professional and friendly. They did a terrific job and I am now going to sign up to have them come to clean the house every two weeks.

This is an edited review- After a rough start and a very bad first experience with the first cleaning lady that was both frustrating and stressful, Tidy Casa sent a new cleaning lady the next day who did a fantastic job! She made sure all the baseboards were cleaned, and my home finally feels fresh and spotless. The company was understanding and willing to work with me to fix the issues, which I really appreciated. However, it's important to note that the quality of service can vary depending on who they send. I highly recommend being home to supervise or requesting a specific cleaner to ensure the job is done right, as cleaning is expensive, and it’s worth getting it done properly the first time to avoid unnecessary stress afterward.

The scheduling process was clear and easy. Service was on time- very thorough and efficient. Great job!
