Andy and his team at This Clean House are rock stars. I've used them twice, and both times he has graciously worked my needed timeline into his team's schedule. I am a Realtor and had an enormous job this past spring for a move-out cleaning. Besides an older 2,000+ square foot home being cleaned so well; I needed all the windows washed and they were thoroughly and excellently done! There was also a guest house/casita that had been used essentially as a storage area - they cleaned it so well that we were able to move a renter in. The ladies on the cleaning teams have been lovely... cheerful, thorough and seemed to have a good time together while really getting some of the detail stuff done. I appreciate that they mostly use environmentally friendly cleaning solutions. On my personal home they did a great job, too! Thank you Team 3 ❤ (Maribel, Paloma and Francisca!)

I had an amazing experience with this company! Rosario and Alma cleaned my apartment for the move-out inspection and they made it look perfect and brand new. They were able to get stains and grime out of the bathrooms that I was unable to get out, and they made the apartment cleaner than it was when I moved in. Andy, the owner, was in contact with me from the beginning and throughout the entire process and made sure I knew what was going on and what to expect. All in all, just a really great company and it was a pleasure working with them!

We had our initial cleaning yesterday and everything is sparkling! Andy and his crew - Maribel, Paloma, and Nancy are fast, efficient, and thorough. Andy, the owner, answered my phone call and communicated in a professional, friendly, helpful, and flexible manner. He had the team of Maribel, Paloma, and Alma out the next day to do a move out cleaning service for our rental. They called to let us know they were on their way, arrived on time, and did the work in the timeframe they had estimated. They listened to our requests and did a great job cleaning and making the house fresh, clean, and presentable. Even though we weren’t having windows cleaned, they suggested washing the tall and large sliding glass doors that provide a view out the back of the house. This was a great suggestion since that opening gives nice light and an open feel to the house, so we appreciated that. Thank you! The next time I need a cleaning service I will be calling back to This Clean House!

Andy and his team are very professional and put in the additional effort to ensure customer satisfaction. I hired Andy's crew to clean my windows for a special event I was hosting at my house. He fully accommodated my needs by contacting me with several backup plans due to unexpected rain. He was conscientious about cleaning my windows in time for my guests. His crew did an amazing job! They were meticulous with attention to detail and my windows look absolutely pristine! Better than I have ever seen them! Aside from being a little higher priced company, This Clean House provided us with the best customer service and cleaning experience we have had with any local companies. With this company, you get what you pay for! The owner is professional and truly cares about his customers. The team that came to our home was friendly, fun to have in our home and they did an amazing job. When they finished the initial cleaning, they asked me to walk the house and double check their work and I found they did things that no other companies ever did. We have scheduled This Clean House every two weeks and they have been consistent every time. And the window cleaning service is just as good as the house cleaning service! I highly recommend!!!

When looking for a cleaning service to help my mother out following the holidays, I made multiple calls to different businesses around the Tucson area. One company didn't return my message, another was very short and provided a canned answers to my questions. Andy from This Clean House took his time to answer all my questions with detail. Made me feel comfortable about his company and his crew with his great customer support. His crew went out to my mother's house to assess the home for free in order to provide me with the best possible estimate. Andy and I discussed the estimate and agreed to proceed with the service. His crew came out and did a fantastic job on my mother's house. She was so thrilled with how clean the entire house turned out. We're now discussing options for continued monthly services. We just bought a home in Tucson and it needed to have a thorough cleaning. I liked what I saw on the website of This Clean House and decided to give them a try. I left a message on the contact page and Andy responded within a very short time. I was delighted to find that they could take on our job on a Friday afternoon. Alma and Sabrina were assigned to our home, and kept me apprised of their arrival time. We reviewed what needed to be done and they went straight to work. Four hours later, the house was sparkling clean.

Andy is an excellent communicator and I like that he'll try to keep the same cleaning team assigned to our home once we're there more often.

We had a terrific experience with Andy and his team. They cleaned the windows and deep-cleaned my parents' house to prepare it for sale. Andy's communication was exceptional from scheduling through the cleaning; he kept me updated on how things were going and met his estimate for the cleaning, even though they found a bit more grime to tackle than expected. I have been a client of This Clean House for over 5 years and only recently met the owner, Andy. What a pleasure! He cares about the quality of service his company provides and it shows. His employees are dependable and on time; they are professional and prepared when they arrive; the quality of cleaning is consistent with attention to detail; and they have a good attitude and are friendly. They never disappoint and I love the smell of my freshly cleaned house when they leave.

The fees are reasonable and I have recommended them to friends and associates. I would not hesitate to give a reference.

People are quick to complain, but few take the time to acknowledge a job well done. Well, This Clean House, owner and employees..... WELL DONE!

We used their services for a move-out cleaning. Andy was able to explain the cleaning process in a way that made me understand how precise and thoughtful his cleaning crew would be for our house. He recommended the window cleaning and it was worth every penny. The ladies made our rental home look brand new! Great attention to detail - not even one dust bunny in the back corner of a shelf and the baseboards looked like they had been freshly painted. I am super impressed and will recommend to everyone!

I had a great experience with this wonderful company. I had them wash my windows at my old house and they did a FABULOUS job.The house is 30 years old and the windows were in need of a professional cleaning! The price was so amazing!
I then had them wash the windows in my new house. The owner sent his son and daughter to do the job. They did such a great job! With it being new there was cement and paint on the windows and they took the extra time to make sure that was all removed. They look beautiful!! Oh, and they washed all of the screens too!
I was having a birthday party and needed some help with cleaning the house as well. They sent 3 of the best women to do the job. The whole house was so clean and they did not use a bunch of smelly chemicals! I love everything about this company! The best janitorial service in town !!!

The Desert Pro team recently cleaned the Presidio Museum located in downtown Tucson and they were great; thorough, courteous and responsive. The Museum property is a combination of indoor and outdoor exhibit space and open air patio. Desert Pro was willing to be flexible and do cleaning/landscaping as well as the usual dusting and washing. I recommend their professional services for professional office needs.

Amazing crew!! Hired them to clean my condo. They did a great job! Very thorough. We'll be hiring them again.
