I recently found myself in dire need of a competent, honest and thorough house cleaner. I tried multiple businesses in Tucson and not a single one seemed even the least bit legitimate.... until I called Tucson's Finest. They had an actual contract with their services listed (which 3 other cleaners wouldn't provide), the price was more reasonable than I could have hoped and the service was remarkable. The customer service was on point and the cleaners were both gracious and efficient. If you're looking for a home cleaning of any kind, please consider this business. Highly recommend! Ivonne and her team have been the cleaning partner on my AirBnB home for the last two years, and the work is exceptional. They adapt to the crazy schedules that are rental bookings and are always there when scheduled - every. time. I thought I knew how to make a house spotless and goodness, the team does amazing, thorough work. I get before and after photos, which is very helpful. I’m thoroughly impressed, 100 percent committed.

They did an AMAZING job cleaning my step-son’s studio apartment. They were super responsive throughout the entire experience. They have great customer service, really fair pricing and an amazing 24-hour cleaning promise guarantee. I don’t know of any other home cleaning service that offers this promise. They even made it a point to remind us about this guarantee! I highly recommend this company and look forward to using them again soon.

This company does a really great job and is extremely reliable and responsive. They send before and after cleaning photos of our Airbnb condo which is so helpful. Ivonne is an excellent communicator and so nice! I highly recommend this company!

This was our first time using this service. They arrived during the two hour windw they gave me. The supervisor came also and walked through the house to discuss the cleaning and see if there were any areas to avoid or pay special attention to. It was a crew of three and they got work right away. Rosario, Ashley and Yvonne did a great job. Our house was very dusty and really needed a deep clean. They were professional and worked quickly. The chemicals they used had zero smell. They made sure do do a walk through with me at the end to see if anything wasn't to my satisfaction. Now we will be on a schedule with them we can keep the house cleaner.

5/29/24 Team #15 at the Cleaning Authority continues to do a great job for me! Rosario, Laura, and Ericka cleaned for us two weeks ago and the place sparkled when they were done. They are fast, courteous, and always say hi to our two dogs behind their barrier. Kitchen and bathrooms are done thoroughly; our floors shine, and they even use my choice of floor cleaner for our luxury vinyl flooring. Our sofas are wiped down and everything smells fresh. I've been very pleased with the service since I signed up; and they call the morning before to confirm what time my team will arive so I can be prepared. Thanks, Team 15!

Feb. 24, 2024. The Cleaning Authority has done wonders for my house. I don't necessarily get the same cleaning crew each week, but there's always at least one person I know. They know my preferences and cleaning needs and my house looks wonderful and smells great when they are done.

2025 update: We're still happy with The Cleaning Authority. They've stuck with us through thick, thin, and remodeling, and have cleaned our house after the worst (self-inflicted and construction-related) dust storms! This month's cleaning team of Jacquelyn, Jose, and Athnay (sp? maybe Atheny?) was excellent, thorough, and professional. And we even persuaded our resident feline, Chiaro, to come out and say hello!

2024 - We’ve been using The Cleaning Authority at various houses in Tucson for years. Every cleaning is thorough and professional, and all of the cleaning crews have been unfailingly friendly, upbeat, and polite. Today’s cleaning was no exception. Team 6, Jacquelyn and Kaleb, arrived promptly at the start of the arrival window. They cleaned the house quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. We look forward to having them do our future cleanings.

The Cleaning Authority has been cleaning our home for several months and I am very impressed with the quality and efficiency. Today the team of Sally, Claudia, and Dora did a superb job on the house. They are very professional and pleasant.
