11/24:

Sheila & Norma were here about an hour and a half. Initial look shows they did a good job. My allergies now dictate weekly vacuuming - which I will do downstairs & in the master bedroom. They need not spend time there next time. I would prefer they spend the time saved by moving our treasures in order to do a more thorough dusting. I’ll handle the top shelf of the fixture with the tv in the family room.

I've been a using The Maid Connection for many years now, and they have always been courteous, conscientious and fastidious about not just the cleaning itself but handling every single aspect of the process. They return calls promptly, they call or text me if there's a problem or just to confirm each visit--they've really bent over backwards to accommodate my needs, too. I highly recommend them!

The Maid connection has been the greatest decision I made for my vacation rental! I have been exclusively using them for the past 7 months. I have had nothing but "sparkling clean" reviews from my guests. Michele, the owner and her team are quick to respond to any of my questions or needs. I am so thrilled to have the Maid connection a part of my team. One of my favorite things (besides the house being SUPER CLEAN) is they wash all my linens at their facility and bring the clean ones back for the next visitor. Thank you Maid Connection for all you have provided. You all are AWESOME!!

I really enjoyed their service.Had them come by once, liked, and subscribed ... Monthly ... Here generally on time, but it all depends on the various jobs that day. Very good about letting you know if they're late or something changes.

The timelines is unique because each customer is kind of unique in what help get need. Within reason, they will assist you with what is needed as it's mainly a per time service. That just speaks to the quality of their service. Had them for 8 months now. No plans to change.

I started using Maid Connection on my residential and commercial rentals and they are fantastic. Nothing too small or too big for them to make it shine.

They keep crushing it! Phenomenal

The actual service and the two women who showed up were excellent. No issues with them whatsoever. I enjoyed meeting them. However, there was horrible communication involved when setting up the appointment and absolutely NO communication with respect to an estimate. I called and then emailed 3 times I think. I was trying to figure out how to proceed meaning ... was my expectation supposed to be that there is no estimate provided (other than something that was +/- about $140 based on very preliminary info for my square footage and number of rooms)? That didn't help. Was the expectation that they cleaners would arrive ONLY to give me an estimate? Was the expectation that the cleaners would arrive, give me an estimate, and then ask if they should go ahead and clean? The reason for my persistent emailing over the course of a week was to find out what their process is for getting me the right estimate.

I have no doubt that someone at the Maid Connection is going to dispute all this and claim that I'm to blame somehow. And I AM willing to take some blame for not calling continually to make sure I understood what to expect. But here's what I won't take any blame for and why I can't give them more than a 3 star review. Even though the actually cleaning service was probably 4 star (they didn't to remove spider-webs on the ceiling in at least two places - super-easy for me to do after they left but that was the only issue), when the cleaners arrived I told them that whatever they may have been told before they got there we were subtracting two rooms from the original plan. The estimate they gave me when they walked in the door was all the way on the high from what I first saw on their site based on square footage and number of rooms I indicated. But then we subtracted two rooms entirely and I was told the estimate was the same?

Again the two cleaners were great and we wanted to schedule for them to come back every two weeks. One cleaner told me that she was pretty sure the house could be cleaned in 1 hr 45 minutes or 2 hours tops for the same rooms next time they showed. I was absolutely fine with paying more the first time though, because the first time is different and they needed to take time to relay info back to the scheduler. But with 2 rooms removed from the original estimate why did they still charge me for 2 hr and 45 minutes work?

I really wanted to make this work, and I actually made an effort to try and do so but the owner of the house decided the poor communication was going to be a show stopper even though she was torn because she was really looking forward to finally having excellent cleaners take care of her home every 2 weeks.

Bottom line: don't do what I did if you go with Maid Connection. Get the scheduler on the phone no matter how hard that is to do. And get the estimate in writing ahead of time. I never did, and it's still got me wondering why. Possible they thought they gave me an estimate perhaps? I certainly did not!

The Maid Connection provides excellent cleaning services! I recently had a "move-in cleaning" done in a house I just rented and the results are amazing! The attention to detail in each room was done as if it they were cleaning their own home. The office staff were very kind, responsive, and accommodating too.

The cleaning ladies today were cheerful and professional, did a great job and we'll request them again for our next cleaning. Excellent service.

I was very pleased with Maid Connection. The service was exceptional. The wood furniture looked like it had been polished. The mirrors were spotless. The floors were vacuumed and mopped. Even the blinds looked great. I have tried lots of cleaning services and I have been happiest with maid Connection.

I have used them for about 8 years and have loved every minute. They have been with me for 3 houses. I highly recommend them!

They did a great job on my place. I’m a new customer so I got the recommended deep clean. Worth every penny. footnote* I have a 2 bed apt so deep clean takes about 4 hours so make sure you have somewhere to say so they can complete the service. Also TIP them they are cleaning your house. They are not your friends or your mom. They are service workers who deserve 20% tip. ❤️

Lucia and Nilsa did a very good job on our house. They worked quickly and effectively. We hope to use them again. My husband really liked the shiny floors! I never do that!

We switched to The Maid Connection after our previous cleaning company quality of clean declined after the first 2 months of service. Maid Connection has maintained the quality of cleaning they provide throughout the months we have used them. They do a great job and are very friendly with my pets and kids when I can't keep them out of the house during the cleaning. They were also offered a more competitive price than the other company we used. We are very happy with these cleaners and it saves us so much work and time.
