I don’t remember what team came yesterday or I’m sorry on Thursday, but I was very impressed with the way. The living room was arranged and the great job done in the pet area!

Drafton and Roman did such an amazing job I couldn’t believe my eyes. The toilets were cleaner than we have ever been able to get them since we moved in. Not to mention, we’ve had other professional cleaners, but none did as well as these two. I don’t know how they did it! The baseboards, the details, not a spec of dust. They did amazing and we cannot thank them enough. So happy with how clean my house feels after a visit from these two.

The ladies and gentlemen that come to my home are generally on time, polite, and thorough. On occasion, though they appear to be quite rushed to get on to their next appointment. I feel their workload is too heavy and they have too many appointments per day.

August 19, 2025. Lisbeth was thorough. I knew the cleaning would be done to my specifications. She used non-abrasive products and her work was excellent. Lisbeth showed pride in her work and went beyond expectations even though she had to complete all the work by herself today. I am proud to show my home to neighbors and friends. We have depended on Cleaning Authority for several years now and will keep using them in the future.

Team 5 was very attentive to detail yet worked fast. They did a great job and my house is sparkling!

Great experience with team #3 (Valerie, Alexa and Katylin) on Friday, August 29th. The floors were perfect - both our vinyl and carpet were fantastic! Bathrooms and kitchen were perfect. Our home looked so great and was sparkling clean when they left! Thanks for your hard work!!

First time cleaning was great! We needed help since we have pets and a tiny toddler-sized tornado and something had to give. They cleaned the whole house in about 4 hours. Our shower glass hasn’t been this clean since we moved in and the kitchen looks great!

Today was my first clean, which means everything top to bottom was to be deep cleaned. I am currently out of town, but from a few things I saw on my cameras I was thoroughly impressed with the young lady that was the lead. As a former cleaning authority employee and trainer myself I can honestly say she was AWESOME.

Oh my goodness. I was speechless when I walked into the house.
It has never looked so good.
Everything was organized to the tiniest detail and the thoughtfulness, and consideration that was evident with every touch blew me away.
I felt like they actually had a good time being there because everything was so perfect and so cheerfully arranged.
The crew was on time on the dot and when I greeted them at the front door they asked me how my morning was going and they were beyond professional.
The people with whom I work every day are not this kind to me.
I simply don't have a way to explain how I feel other than holy cow!
Exceeded my expectations to the degree that leaves me completely bewildered and utterly thrilled.
Our floors are exceedingly difficult to mop because the water stains are visible when the water dries... And they nailed it.
Our house is impossibly difficult to clean and they did a smashing job.

The crew arrived a little early, but that was ok. They were very friendly and accommodating. The reason for only 4 stars is because after they left and as we thoroughly looked the house over it was evident they didn't do the details of a deep clean. Also I couldn't tell who the lead person was. After asking the answer was a shrug. They appeared somewhat disorganized.

I don’t often do this kind of a review, if ever. I have used this service for years. They have always been understanding with any concern I have brought to them. Their willingness has always been to help with scheduling conflicts, visitors, vacations and the list goes on. This is besides doing the job I expect of them. The teams have always been courteous and fun to be around.

The detailed clean came very close to my expectations! Toilets were shiny, bathrooms clean, floors mopped and vacuumed, things generally straightened in an aesthetically pleasing pattern… I’m a fan! The only thing I would critique is the fact that a mirror in one of the rooms was broken with no explanation? Would be nice to have a credit for replacement. Other than that, great work!
