Monica and Martha always make our house feel fresh and clean. They are both so sweet to our pets, and come in with positivity and smiles!

Chanelle, Lynn and Constance did a deep clean on the rental we were moving out of and on short notice. They were exceptionally detailed and had great tips to share. They were flexible with us while our movers finished up. I loved that Stacy worked with me to schedule over email.

Yileana and Adamani did a good job of cleaning. They were professional and friendly.

In the past, I have used other cleaning services, but MaidPro is far and away the best. Reliable, experienced Pros have been cleaning our house beautifully. Especially, Jackie and Kaya have done sterling work and have truly made our house shine.

As new clients with MaidPro, we looked forward to our first clean in February and were highly satisfied with the results. Alexa, and two other Pros (Claudia and Lauren, I think. Sorry if I’m wrong on names) certainly did not disappoint!
So impressed were we, our second second clean was anticipated in hopes of consistency. WELL! Absolutely YES!! Our home is super clean and fresh smelling. Jonny and Christina were so polite, respectful, friendly and definitely efficient. With attention to detail, they left everything sparkling! The kitchen appliances look new and our tile floors have never looked better. These Pros take pride in their work. We welcome them back and hope they return. We are so very pleased! 😁

Look no further, this company is top notch! Stacy runs a phenomenal business and doesn’t cut any corners whatsoever. Jackie and Debbie went above and beyond to ensure that our home was in wonderful condition after a tenant turnover. The home was in very rough shape and when they were done, it was so beautiful and spotless. They even went back out for a second visit to address a couple of very minor things. Would recommend for any big cleaning jobs you might have! You’ll be disappointed if you go with anyone else :)

I replaced my previous cleaning service with MaidPro and they’ve done a great job and have provided a consistent level of clean in my house for the last few months. Monica has consistently provided our services along with help from team members on occasion and has done a fantastic job for us.

Shayla is rated 5+ stars! Performs an exceptional job every time she cleans our home. Her attention to detail and genuine care for our home is evident when service completed. We have four large Italian mastiffs that enjoy seeing Shayla and treat her like family.
The 3-star rating results from repeated inconsistencies with MaidPro services. We understand the same team members are not guaranteed. However, the standard 49-point checklist cleaning is guaranteed. Yet multiple occasions we contact the office proving constructive feedback of suboptimal services. We stuck with MaidPro for over a year. As a military family, we expect standard and quality service, but eventually it became overly draining to contact MaidPro leadership requesting a repeat 24-hr clean.
If they could guarantee Shayla or a team member personally trained by her, we would continue service with them. Otherwise, the results are variable.

Update: 4 stars. The leadership team genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Took time to personally address my concerns above and develop strategy for service moving forward.

Kellie and Cindy were wonderful cleaning our home today! It was so nice to come home to a clean house and the ladies took care of our home exactly how I would have liked! They were very thorough and I can tell they paid attention to the details. They arrived on time and got to work right away. My kids loved how they straightened up their rooms for them. They always get excited when they come home and see what they did with their stuffed animals. Haha. Maidpro has truly been a sanity saver for me since I am a busy mom juggling work and school. Thanks so much ladies!!

I am a realtor and recently had a RARE experience with Maidpro. The original cleaning wasn't up to the expectations of my clients so I called them. They were friendly, accommodating and understanding. They came out to the house and made it right. I am so impressed with their service, especially the fact that they stand behind their work. That's rare these days. I'll refer them to all my clients. I am impressed with their attitude and service.

Bella is amazing! She has cleaned twice for me and she is not only a hardworking cleaner but she is also a very pleasant person to be around. I love that she brings freshly cleaned cleaning cloths and mop heads and all of the necessary cleaning products. She is exceptional!

I scheduled service for two bathrooms, refrigerator, stove and microwave and wipe down kitchen cabinets for a house we were selling. I was quoted for 5 hours. 3 women showed up and worked for two hours and left. Didn’t offer a walk through and when I checked their work, it looked as if they didn’t even clean. I called back and sent pictures and video of their work. They sent someone out the next day who spent 4 hours cleaning because it wasn’t cleaned the first time. They still charged me for the 5 hours. And no discount for the inconvenience. Such poor customer service. Will never use again.

We have been using MaidPro here in Tucson for bi-weekly cleaning and have been thrilled with their service! We are a busy family with two very active boys and it's so nice to come home at the end of the day to a clean house, beds made, toys arranged and even our sheets changed in the master bedroom! Their services have taken the stress out of out lives where we always would apologize for our house being messy or trying to do a quick cleanup before having guests over. Horrible experience. Cleaners are lazy and leave dust and bugs everywhere. They dont vacuum or even swipe ceiling fans. This is not a "professional" cleaning company. The only thing they are "professional" at is stealing, as they looted my jewelry cabinet before they left.
