Maidpro came last week. Sent 2 women who did not speak a single word of English. I showed them my whole house and the simple things I needed done. They gave me a dirty look and said me comprende. They then waited for me to leave. I left to go to the movies. They were supposed to be there for 3 hours for 300 dollars. I got a call after 45 mins from the company saying they want alot more money, 700 dollars to clean. The women cleaned the kitchen sink, took a Pic of it, and sent it to my mom and then hauled like heck out of there. Did absolutely NO work whatsoever. Absolutely NOTHING. this company are scammers and they hired 2 illegal con artists to wipe off 1 sink and run off. They need to be shut down and sued. My mom stopped payment of the charge, but we are still going to pursue a civil suit against you in pima county anyways. Do not let this company or these women in your house for any reason.

Patricia and her partner Kiya did an excellent job once again. They never missed a spot. All the dog hair disappeared, Floors spotless, etc. So happy with Maid Pro. Keep it up!

This company is run by angels. Due to mental health concerns, I am currently unable to keep up with my home to my own stringent standards, so selecting the right cleaning service was incredibly important to me. I tried other cleaning services and found them wanting. Patty (Patricia) at MaidPro is the best. She arrives on time, cleans outstandingly and is friendly, polite, and super great cleaner. When she leaves, I know my place has been cleaned diligently. MaidPro doesn’t have any hidden fees like some services and what they promised, they delivered. Great job.

I needed my apartment cleaned for a move out. The cleaners did a great job getting the apartment and kitchen appliances spotless. I was very satisfied working with Julie! She was very professional and made sure the job was done correctly. I would recommend this service if you are needing help moving out before you have the move out inspection. Their 49 point checklist is a joke. Over half the things listed were not even done. Ceiling fans were untouched and bathroom sink was still dirty. Don't bother with their 24 hour guarantee, that's a complete joke as well. Maids didn't fix anything even the second time around. Unless you are prepared to babysit the maids while they clean, you're not going to get much out of this service. Do yourself a favor and hire a solo cleaner, they will always do a better job than these bigger companies.

Kayla B at MaidPro delivered outstanding service. She paid close attention to detail, cleaned areas most people overlook, and left the entire house spotless.
