I wanted a clean spot for my two dogs to play so we put in a pet turf run along the side of the house. It’s holding up great and it’s easy to keep clean. The dogs love lounging on it in the sun.

We added a putting green that wraps around our patio and it’s become the spot where everyone hangs out. Practicing a few putts after work is the best way to wind down the day.

Excellent landscapers. The work they do is very good and thorough. It can take a little follow up to get the job lined up, but once arranged, they get the work done in a timely fashion.

Randy and Niko do an amazing job at providing their speciality service to the public. They are always on time, provide amazing service, and personable. I recommend giving them a call if you are interested in landscaping or designing your home.

Not a trustworthy business. The owner would not answer email or text for updates regarding the HOA negotiation in weeks. The workers were not in a hurry to finish the our backyard first couple of weeks (repeatedly called it a day around 2pm), while the week we were on vacation, they rushed the job and finished "everything" without any customer supervision. They left uncovered (by gravel) dirt and uneven ground all over the backyard. The owner didn't honor the contract terms, which stated that the stucco wall of outdoor kitchen island and raised bed would be painted by the same color of the house, but 6 weeks after cashing our check, nothing had happened. Not replying email for the repeated requests either. One their website, it says "Doing the work the way we promise... All the time... Everytime." What a JOKE! Would not recommend them to any friends for sure.

We had Terra landscape our 60'X32' back yard from scratch. Randy developed a 3D rendering after we articulated our ideas, with suggestions from him. The crew worked tirelessly and continually from beginning to end. Pricing was well within our budget and worth every penny. We will definitely call them back if have additions or changes.

Randy and Anthony did an exceptional job landscaping our front and back yard. The crew was on time every day they worked on our project. Job site was kept neat and clean; communication was excellent. Good job guys....getting a lot of complements from our neighbors!

I purchased my house last year. It had a beautiful Paver patio and lush landscaping. The house was Built-in 2007 so this was work that was previously done. After a few months I noticed the gophers had underminded the paving brick work. I found out who had done the original work and gave them a call. Mr. Wren, the owner of Terra, was so helpful and willing to send someone out to look at the scope of work. I didn't think they would bother with such a small job. They were expedient professional and Informative. The price was very reasonable for such a small job. After looking at the pictures of other work they have done I'm ready to add more to make my backyard and Oasis. Thank you Terra and your crew.

My experience with Terra Environmental was excellent. When I moved into my house, the back yard was a completely empty gravel covered lot. Niko from Terra came out the next day, measured the lot and took photos to get a sense of dimension. We met and I described in general terms what I was looking for. Niko and Randy took those rough guidelines and created a truly fantastic detailed design incorporating recommendations based on their expertise in hardscape and plants which were very impactful. Their design was created within a 3D CAD computer package which allowed visualization of that design from any angle or sight line which brought the design to life from my perspective. Their crew arrived on time every day and worked diligently to implement the design including travertine pavers, irrigation, planting and a few minor changes along the way. Randy and Niko are responsive to questions and are always available for comment and explanation. The stone work including subtle curves in pathways was amazing. I have received numerous complements on the yard, design and implementation from my neighbors. I highly recommend Terra Environmental for landscape design and implementation.

This company ROCKS, literally and figuratively! They did a great job landscaping our back yard. Cody is a creative designer and incorporated what we wanted into a great plan. Bryan was excellent and helpful with his knowledge of the plants and watering system. He even went the extra mile, meeting us on a Saturday at a nursery and showing us examples of the plants that would be in our back yard. The crew started before 7:00am Monday through Friday. They were friendly and meticulous in setting the hardscape, drip systems, plants, and ground cover. We are very pleased with their work.
The only recommendation is that you review the detailed construction plan with them, to confirm all the fine details. This avoids any misunderstandings and minimizes changes.

We used Terra Environmental Services to design and install our complete backyard. They did a very professional job about 2 1/2 years ago. We've enjoyed it since. We were gone for the summer this year, and when we returned we found one of the trees had been blown half way down. We called Terra Environmental and they were able to remove the damaged tree and replace it within about 10 days. The crews they send out are always friendly and efficient.

Our experience with Terra Environmental was extremely positive. Working with Randy, Niko, and their team was easy and pleasurable. They worked with us, listened to our concerns, and the quality of their work was superior. We had desert landscape put in the front and back yards. We included a small flagstone patio area, along with an area of artificial turf in the back with flagstone steps to the gate. Even after completing the work, they are always available to answer any questions and address any issues that may arise. We are very pleased that we selected Terra Environmental to do this work for us and we highly recommend them.

Initially this company did a great job on our yard and it looks great. Since then I have a leaky irrigation valve and can't get anyone to return my calls to get repaired. I haven't seen or heard from them since the job was finished. I was told they would come back to bring a replacement bush and check on the irrigation. Crickets.

Randy managed the monthly maintenance on two homes for me. As a part time resident I frequently had to follow up with him when I was in town about my dissatisfaction on the maintenance. He would usually make it right but it required multiple follow ups on my end.

Then I made the mistake of hiring him to redo my patio area. He subcontracted the paver work out to Affordable Pacers who did a terrible job. They left a huge mess and my pool and patio was full of sand. The pavers were never completely stable and would either make noise or shift slightly under foot traffic dispute my complaints. After the first monsoon season some of the pavers sunk and the sand under washed out. He never repaired these. In addition he redid my pool fountain which leaked almost 4K gallons of water and because I’m on expansive soil caused a huge crack in my retaining wall. He never stepped up to repair this nor did he follow through on my request to get a pool company out to properly pressure test the new fountain. I have no confidence it won’t leak and don’t use it.

The new irrigation he installed I found a huge leak when I was in town. He essentially ignored my requests for repair and I’m now left with filing a complaint to the contractors board and will be hiring a new company to come in and redo the patio.

Also what was supposed to to take around 6 wks to do, took over 6 months to finish. Some of that was due to unexpected issues but it always took him weeks to months to come back to the job. He also has high turnover of his staff and often sub’d the work out and didn’t check it while he flies to Mexico on his fishing excursions.

This is one of worst contracting experiences I’ve ever dealt with and will never use him again or refer anyone to him.

Do yourself a favor and look for someone who has better reviews and follow through. He has other reviews where he’s failed to follow up after the work was done or where others have had to hire someone after him.
