Randy did a great job with the design and installation. Then a short time later (while the 1 year guarantee still in place) some items need to be fixed. Despite using them for monthly maintenance those items have never been repaired. Great installation but very poor follow up.

Good quality work. Didn’t nickel and dime me for any extra materials needed to make my yard complete. Definitely recommend!

We had them out last week and it looks incredible. They made the process seamless from start to finish. They were professional, came when they told us they would and did a great job and did so quickly. When we first started shopping turf we were wondering how it would look/feel so they let us come pick up a sample to leave in our backyard to ensure we picked the right turf for us and the dogs. Would definitely recommend!

Nick and the True Line Turf team are true pros. They create beautiful scenes out of your yard, and they work very quickly. Artificial turf, pavers, landscape design - you name it and True Line Turf will make it happen!

I would not recommend this company the employees do not know what they are doing and not supervised by the owner. They are always late and their were certain days no one showed up when they were supposed to and the owner did not know til we called him. Nicks employees are not professional The owner Nick did re do our yard because the original work was awful but it took over 3 months to have it completed and it is still not perfect. The workers cut the electrical line at our main water line and did not tell anyone. This was right when it started to get hot in Tucson and we ended up having several plants and trees die because our drip system did not work because they cut the line. I had to find someone to fix this. They also told us they would put a weed lining down and we did not have to remove vines in the area. Both times they did not put down the lining and we now have vines growing up through the artificial turf

Thanks for your response Nick but a friend of mine was getting quotes for artificial turf and wanted to make sure she did not use our company. We had to wait almost 3 months for out turf to be completely finished bc you and your workers kept fighting us to get it fixed and you kept trying to partially fix the problem. That was a long time to deal with your unprofessional workers who never showed up anywhere close to when I was told. They even did not show up at all and you could not reach them either but you kept forcing us to deal with them. I hope your new workers do a better job and are more reliable.

Highly recommend Nick and TruLine for pavers and turf install. Price was right, installation crew was hard working and did quality work. Communication was great, flexible ways to pay, overall great job!

Nick the owner was great, very responsive and his staff were always on time and worked very quickly and did a great job on our yard. Over 1200 sqft of turf and a paver sidewalk completed in 3 days.

True Line Turf and Design has done two hardscape jobs for us. They are quick, affordable, and very professional. They replaced our old pavers and then redesigned a larger, more modern look for our backyard, including french drains, walkways, and back patio. Our yard looks amazing. From the point of first contact thru the follow up, Nick from True Line Turf hit it out of the park! My first contact was thru Facebook and he responded very quick, answering any questions I had regarding turf. We have 4 large dogs and I was hesitant on investing in a beautiful yard because of this. Nick assured me over the phone that with turf and the installation process they would not, could not destroy it, to give me peace of mind he offered me a guarantee on the installation plus the turf itself has a 10 year warranty.
The over the phone bid was a bit lower then when he actually came to measure, my yard was more square feet than roughly estimated and I upgraded the turf and decided to have him replace some decorative rock. An official bid was placed and the decision was made.
Installation day, yes one day, was perfect; his guys were very professional and prompt. Nick came to check on things and to lay the new decorative rocks. Everything was cleaned up at the end of day like they were never here.
I received a follow up phone call that evening from Nick making sure I was satisfied with the work. YES. The next day a bit of the edging came up due to my dogs, I panicked sending Nick a picture thru text asking what I should do. He called me right away, it was no big deal he made sure it was fixed immediately, all it needed was longer nails. Whew! Thru that experience it showed me that I definitely went with the right company! I know I can trust True Line Turf even when the job is long done.
Our family and dogs could not be happier with the decision to get turf. Nick at True Line is a true professional. I had a great feeling of his work ethic, honesty and integrity right away and he holds true to that.
Bottom line, if you have been considering turf and on the fence just do it! It is beautiful and maintenance free. Our dogs have never, ever just lounged out in our yard before and now they lay out there all the time, they jump, play chase and wrestle all over it, for the most part they do not go poo on it either but when they do it's so easy to clean up!

Nick and his company did everything that was asked of them. Rebuilt my porch roof, built a wall, put pavers down, put rock down, custom built sun shade over my plant area, and added turf for my dog. They are a one stop shop and are excellent at their jobs. Great people to work with!

Last week we had the pleasure of working with Dustin and Nick on our back and side yards landscaping and drainage solutions. They did a really great job and the our bare yards look amazing. The crew was respectful of our property and worked hard to get our project completed within our requests. The project stayed on budget and with it being a short week the project was finished within the week. We recently worked with TrueLine on a backyard project to add a flagstone patio and some artificial turf to our yard – and we couldn’t be more happy with the end result.

Dustin and Nick were great from our first meeting to the last. Their communication was excellent, letting us know the schedule for the project, communicating when things came up, and following up at the end of the project to make sure we were happy. The project was finished in the estimated time frame and the budget was spot on.

The crew was also great – on time, cleaned up each day at the end of their work, and very pleasant every time we saw them.
