Impressive. Our entire interaction with Valley Oasis landscaping has been nothing short of impressive. Jayson immediately saw the vision we had for our backyard and ran with it. His edits and suggestions were thoughtful and spot on. They really helped to polish what we were trying to achieve. The communication throughout the project was top notch. Trust me, that is a rare thing to find. Arturo and his team are true craftsman who clearly take pride in their work. Several times Arturo took me aside to discuss an adjustment to something to improve the aesthetics or flow. They clearly aren’t just trying to cross tasks off their list, but really put in the effort into creating a quality end product. While I had a good vision in my head, I am so grateful that I listened to Jayson and allowed him to produce that vision into a yard and BBQ area that my family and I can’t get enough of. And at night when all of the landscaping lighting comes on— it’s truly magical. We couldn’t be happier.

I contacted Valley Oasis Landscaping to help me clean up my overgrowth around the fire season this last summer, and ended up getting more than I anticipated. Jason and his team left me with a very well manicured front and back yard. They were timely and finished in less time than we had hoped. I strongly recommend Valley Oasis Landscaping (note different than Valley Oasis pools).
They were incredibly communicative throughout (both Jayson early and Jeff once the project started). They sent text updates throughout the project. It was remarkably easy to get some changes done throughout (like adding extra pavers and plants).
The work was done very very well too!
Overall great price and value, and some of the best communication I have had on a major home project. Highly recommend them for your landscaping needs, thanks Jeff and Jayson and team!

I don't know who the other reviewers worked with, but it was not the experience we received at all.

Project started 6 weeks after we were told it should start. Communication was initiated by us to try and figure out when the project would begin, and our "locked in start date" changed several times. It should have taken two weeks to complete (they quoted 8 days) but took 5 1/2 weeks. There was no discussion or review of the project prior to it beginning, even though there was 5 months between design and starting the project. The project manager was quick to blame the work crew for delays, but slow to respond to emails or take responsibility for the project. He told us work had been completed when it had not. Our property was damaged (which they did fix, after we brought it up several times.) Trash and pallets were left in our yard long enough for our HOA to complain, despite us asking them to clean it up. Overall, the work is fine, I guess, although I'm not convinced all of it will hold up through monsoon season. If not, we'll repair it ourselves, as it will likely get done quicker.

In short, while we're happy the project was completed, this was not a pleasant experience for us.

Valley Oasis Landscaping is superb in every way. Each employee is friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. We received wonderful help with our landscape design for our home. The project supervisor expertly coordinated the work and dealt excellently with our questions and changes as they emerged. Our account was handled professionally. Valley Oasis Landscaping is a rare treasure in today's world.

We hired Valley Oasis Landscaping to complete our back yard landscaping. They did a wonderful job, we couldn't be happier. The supervisor, Jeff, was very friendly and easy to work with. He even recommended that we complete the project with a pergola. We are so glad that we did. NOW, the whole back yard looks fantastic.
