Really nice guy. Came to assess the work. Emailed me the quote. I called, texted, and emailed several times and haven't heard a thing. Completely ghosted me. It's what I've heard from another landscaper/owner that some businesses just never respond. Way to do business. At least let me know you're too busy to take work.

Be careful with this guy, he will promise 5 star work and damage your house, as well as charge you more than your quote saying its taxes. Honestly not he is not honest. For landscaping, all charges should be up front not some hidden fee bs. I paid it only due to the fact that I am honorable. However I would never recommend this guy to anyone.

I called one number and left a message. Did not receive a call back, so after 3 days, I called the cell #. We set up a meeting today for an estimate to landscape the back yard. It's now over an hour past our appointment time and I have not seen or heard from anyone. My time is valuable and I do not have the time to sit around and wait for someone to not show up!

Broken promises and no calls. I had to initiate all calls, even when he promised he would call. He also promised me a window of time to come do the work, and said he would call me to schedule said time. I had to call and he scheduled another job in that time he said I would have. Then he showed up and left without doing any work or explaining why he left. I had to call him again to ask why he wasn’t working on my yard. He explained that it was too muddy to do the work, and I can agree to that, but there was no knock on my door or a phone call. I called him 3 1/2 hours after he said he was at my house. And preceded to tell me that normally I would have to wait a day for that call to say he wasn’t working. What?!?! How do you do business with that? If you say you’re gonna do something then do it! Don’t trust him. Don’t do business with him.

I really really believe that if you are looking for reliable, professional, punctuality, best customer service and communications. Then stop looking and comparing and trust that L & L Landscaping is your feel best inside, no need to wonder or worry if you made the right decision company!

No show 2 saturdays in row after speaking to Lupe and confirming my address and time. No show again. No call either. I called 4 hours after the appointed time to find out he’s not coming.

Needed an lot of overgrown trees and land cleared. Hadn't had anyone come in a while so our property was very wild. L and L came, quoted, started right away the next day. Everything was done in time and owner said to call if anything else was missed.
Very friendly and great work. A tad more than I wanted to spend but it was money well spent, my property looks amazing

Lupe is so professional and nice he did an estimate for me and laid a ton of pavers. His crew was so nice did an amazing job! I had my driveway sidewalks patio and a huge fire pit built. Great work! I would use Lupe in a second!!! Thank you!

We reached out to L and L Landscaping for artificial turf replacement, two paver walkways and general landscaping. Lupe and his team were great! The project was completed on time and on budget!

Lupe and crew did a beautiful job! They put in small rocks, paving stones, boulders and cactus. They even placed my yard art to blend in nicely. They were very pleasant and did the job quickly. I am very satisfied!

I called Lupe early on after I moved to Green Valley his company had done the original landscaping and pavers and I wanted significant changes. I was quite sick for a year they did my yearly maintenance. I put in a new gate , moved a cactus from back to front . Put paves from front to connect to year patios put in several new plants and tools others out. Lupe kept up on everything and became a friend he has my highest recommendation

We moved into a new house that had just dirt in the backyard. We came across L&L Landscaping when we found their card at our front door. I called and spoke with Lupe. He came out that day, came up with a design and price and started a few days later. Lupe and his crew were amazing. They worked hard getting everything done in 2 days. The pictures show how much work was put into our yard, with before and after, and we LOVE the pavers! We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Lupe for all of your Landscaping needs.

Lupe and his team are very professional and courteous. I am a Landscape Designer/builder from California. After moving here, I had two other companies at my residence that were did not provide the quality of work that we deserved. So I had to let them go . When I called Lupe at L&L, he gave me a proposal and kept to his word. The workmanship was what I expected and exceptional. Clean, on time, and quality workmanship. I had my own crew in California for over 25 years. Lupe and his team reminded me of my crew.

Very rude landscapers! They took up 4 plus parking spots at Home Depot forcing everyone there to park futher back, very entitled behavior. If this is how they treat others in public, how will they treat you when they landscape your backyard?

I got a card on my door for this landscaping company when we first moved into our new build, I had already tried a couple companies with no success, so I decided to call the number on the card. Lupe answered and got me down for an appointment within the same week. He came over and gave me a design concept to work with recommended some materials and wrote me out a receipt with everything he was going to do and use. He let me know pavers were hard to get at the moment but he would put in the order the next day and keep in contact about a start date.
A couple weeks went by and he called me to let me know the color pavers he was planning to use were on back order till August and if we wanted to go with a different color or something that was in stock. He sent me a picture of a color choice and I immediately agreed. He said great we can get started next week. That Friday rolled around and they dropped off all the pavers and their work equipment, told me Monday they would get started and would be done by the end of the week. I anticipated a full week but man did they step up and get to work. Started bright and early Monday morning and here it is Wednesday afternoon and they are finished. I went with a very simple design and no trees, but I love it. And they didn’t hesitate to ask me questions if they weren’t sure about something. I did add extra rock at the end which they didn’t mind doing and they even fixed my front yard gravel with the extra rock left over. We also gave them a budget to stay around and they kept to it.
I highly recommend Lupe and his company. They really went above and beyond and I will definitely be recommending them out to friends and family in the future.

This company L and L Landscaping, “Lupe, Bill and Jerry” are the team that you should hire to upgrade your landscaping. We bought into a new build with zero backyard landscaping. Lupe can into with a bunch of suggestions that only added class to what we picture for us. His prices are more than comparable and work ethic is the standard that I had hope for. The project took 10 days, sooner than I expected. We are so happy with the outcome of this project/investment, our Shangri-La, enjoy life, Pura Vida!

We hadn't cleaned our ducts in over ten years, and it showed!
