I had green pool looked like a swamp! I Delt with Economy pool they came out got the water semi clean and told me the filter would take care of the rest! They also said that they would follow up let me tell you they were WRONG all the way! I payed them 300$ for nothing!
Will from UP KEEP POOL & SPAS came to my house. The first thing Will looked at was my filtration system and found that it was filled green algae! So Will came to me and said we will get nowhere without rebuilding or replacing the filtration system! My pool was so bad Will had no choice but too drain it power wash and chlorine wash out! We decited on installing a DE filter my pool is cleaner then ever before! Thank you Will And Thanks UP KEEP POOL & SPAS!

I was going to contact the owner of this company about an experience I had on the road with one of his employees tonight on my way home from work but his response to a review complaining about the same thing was completely unprofessional. Clearly he has not resolved the problem with his employees. I simply passed one of his trucks on Magee in the right lane and then moved left again. The company truck jumped out, sped up and then cut me off in my lane and hit the brakes. Tried to get this person( young guy) attention at light but he wouldn’t even look at me. You have a problem sir that you need to take care of. And don’t accuse others of being unprofessional. You need to worry about yours and your employees. Almost caused another wreck.

Will does a great job maintaining our pool.It's been a pleasure getting to know him and we really appreciate having someone who does the job right, does what he says he will do, and always looks out for our best interest in all he does. We highly recommend Will to anyone looking for pool or spa services.

Will's primary business is pool maintenance and equipment repair. As a side job, Will works on irrigation systems. On a Sunday he came out to repair my irrigation system. Will re-architected and plumbed the valve assembly of my 2 zone irrigation system. His design allows for easy removal of the valves for easier repair. Very reasonable and professional results. Highly recommend Will's company and will use his company for any pool work I need.

Will is great! He is so reliable and responsive. He takes care of my pool on a weekly basis and I never have any issues. This week he removed all the calcium from my tiles and the pool looks awesome.

Professional, reliable and consistent. I highly recommend them. We made the mistake of going with a cheaper company and they didn't show up when they said they would and had no idea what they were doing. They completely ruined our pool and it turned green. Will came out and made it crystal clear in just a few weeks and he fixed our pool vacuum. Great company, great guy.

We are so impressed with Wil's work ethic.

Our 30 yo pool pump filter recently died and Wil came out on a Saturday to check it out. Because the filter is so old and many of its parts are no longer made Wil recommended we replace the unit. We agreed and Wil offered to do the job on the same day. Wil returned later that afternoon, filter in truck ready to install.

After installing he noticed a faulty connector with a slow drip. He promised to come back first thing Sunday morning with a new connector. True to his word Wil showed up first thing Sunday and replaced the faulty connector. The pump and filter are now running perfectly.

We were so impressed with Wil's work ethic. He worked tirelessly until the job was done right. It's so unusual these days to find someone who really cares about doing things right. I cannot recommend Wil highly enough.

They were very responsive very quick and gave an immediate quote and followed through on price. Checked up days after to ensure work completed was still satisfactory and offered to return.
I'm a new homeowner and new to owning a pool. It went green and I was unable to bring back and unsure how to troubleshoot. They got it back to blue in a day at a lower and faster quote than others. They answered all of my questions on maintenance and troubleshooting. Great experience.

Will remodeled the tile in my pool it looks awesome he didn’t rush he did a good job did all the steps correctly. He also comes by maintenance as my pool I like him so much I have a lifetime maintenance program with them. I also had them install a heater I had a quote from another company he knocked that quote almost in half. So now I’m swimming in the heated water early . He also installed a chlorine automatic dispenser. By next year I’m sure he’ll re-pipe all my pump as it hasn’t been done in a long time due to the previous owners. Oh yeah he also installed a new motor next day. I’m honored to be his first review. I know this is going to be a lifelong relationship. For somebody who likes efficiency he’s exactly who I’m looking for.

My husband and I were having trouble finding anyone whom would touch let alone fix the electrical portion of our pool... luckily enough we were referred to Will to help us with the rewiring that was required. I highly recommend Up Keep Pool & Spas if you need assistance with pool cleaning, maintenance or repair. The owner Will is extremely knowledgeable in all areas. He was friendly, affordable, and quick to make our repairs made.

Absolutely amazing work. Needed a new pump and general info on owning a pool as a new AZ transplant. Will was prompt from start to finish. Very quick and efficient and took time to explain every step of the process and next steps. We will be using his company going forward.

Wow! Will did a great job installing our water softener. He got everything working quickly AND at a reasonable price. He even hauled away our old water softener. He left our garage cleaner then it was when he started. If you want a hard working, honest person to take care of your pool or other plumbing needs, you won't go wrong with Will.

Good for cleaning pools. BUT BEWARE ON REPAIRS!

We had Upkeep Pools and Spa's clean our pool tiles. The work was done on time and as promised with excellent results! We then had them replace our old DE filter with a new sand filter and backwash valve. The pool immediately became cloudy and never cleared. Will (the owner) assured us that he stood behind his work and would do whatever it took to correct the issue. Unfortunately after 2 weeks of having cloudy water Will said there was nothing else he could do for us. At that point we contacted the sand filter’s warranty division and they sent out their factory authorized representative to inspect the issue. Much to our surprise they told us that Will had installed the backwash valve incorrectly. It ended up pushing sand into the pool instead of filtering it. We notified Will of this via text, phone and email. He never returned any of our messages. We’ve now had to spend thousands of dollars to have the issues corrected by another pool company. So don’t be fooled by his website motto of 1st in class service and building his company on honesty.

Happy with price point of this pool service! We had the newest Hayward model salt cell installed to our pool. Will’s price was significantly lower than other companies.

Will got the job done and did it well. No leak no problem. He went above and beyond to repair my old pvc at a great price and gave up his entire weekend to do it right.

The other day, I was traveling eastbound on Sunrise. The light was green at Sunrise and Craycroft, and I was in the right lane, and I proceeded through the light. A vehicle in front of me chose not be in the right or left lane; they remained in the middle during the lane merger. I was forced to veer left, and file in behind the car in front of me. Out of nowhere, a white pickup truck starts tailgating me and driving completely erratic. I thought they were going to run me off the road. In fact I almost pulled over because it was so threatening. Then I realized as they passed that it was someone from this company. Take a look for yourself - I captured this picture of him. They're sticking up their middle finger in complete unhinged anger. I wouldn't trust this company whatsoever.
