He treated and brushed all exterior walls and floors and applied some liquids that got into tight spaces. Good treatment today.

Today Alec from Rigo Pest Prevention did a termite treatment at our home. Right away his excellent communication and knowledge were apparent. He explained the process and was so sensitive to my concerns about my cats regarding the termiticide. He did the inside work first to prevent tracking any substance inside. I really appreciated that. Alec said that he treats clients' homes as if they were his and that care was clearly shown. I highly recommend Alec!

Alec came to do annual termite inspection and treat a wall where I had a termite tube. He was punctual, professional and courteous. Also, very thorough with the inspection indoors. Our real estate agent recommended Rigo Pest Prevention to us a few years ago and we couldn’t be happier! They’ve taken care of three of our homes over the years and they always arrive on time, sometimes even call if they’re available earlier so you can get back to your day. They’re respectful and honest. Today, Alec came by to do the termite treatment and renew our warranty for another year. It was clear he knew what he was talking about, he explained everything he was going to do, what to look out for, how to know if we need to call them out again (for free), left the whole area clean, and took extra care to make sure we were happy with his work. I highly recommend him!

Great job, Jordan! He arrived early and was friendly and professional. After advising me that Rigo typically does not wire plumbing stacks (since roof rats aren't common in my area) he did them anyway and also sealed off some spots he noticed where unwanted critters could find and make their way in. While up there he inspected previous work to ensure everything is still good. He took photos and showed them to me and then sent them to me. Now THAT's customer service! Thank you, Jordan.

I had Rigo come and check out my house for packrat concerns. The estimator educated me on how to keep my home safe from packrats and identified one area for improvement-the area around my AC compressor. Jordin came to do the work, and he was on time, friendly and did a great job. Thank you, Jordin and Rigo!

Our service tech was Mike. We really appreciate that he texted us to let us know that he was running a few minutes late. He was attentive and thorough, explaining exactly what he was doing as he addressed our problem. Very efficient! (This service call was included in our service contract.) Duncan was great. He was efficient and fast. We’ve been happy with Rigo’s Pest. They are reasonable and the insect population has disappeared. Definitely worth the money. Quarterly rate is close to others monthly rates.
