Do not let this company touch your house! Call a Professional! You can try cutting corners but, his work will cost you double! He is unreasonable and the more money he thinks you have the more he will charge you. Start clear!!!!!

I called for an estimate and Dave answered on the first ring. Very nice guy, and very reasonable prices. I will be having them install a television wall mount later this spring.

Have used this team for many projects. Ceiling fans , replacing the motor on our fountain, hanging large artwork that was out of reach for the everyday person. I continue to use them because they do quality work for fair pricing! All of the guys do an awesome job and are friendly and explain things throughly .

Helpful Handyman installed our whole home water filtration and reverse osmosis system a year ago. We had some minor issues after a year and they came out and made it right and fixed everything for us. The owner genuinely cares to make sure they do things correctly.

This company install a water softener system and did a great job. Price came to more than was quoted but Dave was very understanding on adjusting the bill to a fair price. Great service and installation. Thank you Dave.

From the moment I called this company I knew I made the right decision! Dave answered the phone and immediately I was able to explain what I needed and he gave me a rough estimate. Ty was here at my house within 30 minutes!! Wait? What?? You're probably saying.. he just happened to be leaving a job and was on my side of town. Ty replaced the outdoor fan and replaced the kitchen faucet.
We have one more job to do when they have two men available. Oh, and Dave's numbers were right on the money. I'll be giving them as many referrals as I can.

I used Dave a few times and completely satisfied with his work. He knows his stuff, won’t steer you wrong, all work was done to my satisfaction and he is priced right. Plumbing is his specialty, but does it all. Schedule in advance, as he’s booked out, which shows you he has a huge following.

We have 1 repair and 1 project. We are very happy with the work they did. Total cost for the consultation, repair, and completion of project under $1,100. We will definitely hire them back for another job.

I called about an odd job (sealing a super high gable vent crack); I got someone on the phone and had a team out the next day. The guys were super helpful and kind, and seemed to really care about doing a good job and being attentive to detail. I’ll be calling again whenever I need something in their wheelhouse done, and the price was fantastic.

I can't thank Dave and his crew enough for helping me refurbish my 3 rental homes in Tucson. I am an out of state owner and needed someone I could trust and count on to complete a very long 'to do' list for each house. I ordered items from Home Depot that he picked up and installed. This included toilets, sinks, faucets, cooktops and lighting fixtures. He repaired drywall and stucco, fixed faulty plumbing and completed so many smaller items such as re-grouting bath fixtures, re-screening sliding doors, painting front doors, replacing lightbulbs, etc... No request too large or small. Dave and his team are extremely dependable, capable and reliable. I am so grateful for the work they completed for me. Thank you Dave!

Been going to The Helpful Handyman consistently for a few months now for specific odd jobs, and even a couple major items, and every time the work is done professionally and swiftly and well within my budget.

Dave and his team are prompt in response and open about what they will, and will not, do and, most importantly, the timelines involved. Their rates are downright reasonable and the quality of their work is as close to perfect as I've had when it comes to handyman efforts.

I've had these folks out to do a few projects for the house I recently bought - run conduit to protect landscape lighting wiring, install a hot water circulation pump, and run power from inside my house to the ceiling of the patio for a fan. They've been on time, never over the estimate given and once dramatically under budget. They are very responsive and easy to work with. Even my ceiling fan installer commented on their good work and told me to definitely stay with them.

They did an excellent job on my 1920s house to-do list. They showed up when they said they would and got everything I requested completed, including rehanging a solid wood door and adding a light to a closet amongst other minor repairs. Dave and his team were professional, courteous and great to work with. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again when I have more projects!

I had 2 projects at my house that needed done. one was a toilet that was leaking around the tank. the other was replacement of a 3 way valve for my hose/ sprinkler system.
I scheduled the appointment and 2 workers came as scheduled. They reviewed what was needed, showed me the defective parts once removed and had everything repaired in a timely fashion. I am very pleased with their work; their fees were very reasonable and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a handyman.

To begin, the guys who came and did the work were excellent. The owner/manager is where my problem is. I called to get a quote on installing two 4x4 hanging garage storage racks. At first he said he needs to come out to do a quote. I repeated it's straight forward. Two hanging storage racks. You see these all the time in garages. And I'd expect a handyman company to be familiar with something so straight forward. But I said surw, come out if you want. Instead he quotes me $100-200 over the phone. When the guys finished and wrote up the invoice it was for $550! 3x the quote!!! The guys called the office and the owner/manager basically started yelling at me over the phone that he needs to come out to give an accurate quote. I asked him then why he didn't do that. If he felt he needed to come out, it's his reaponsibility to do so before giving me a quote. It's his business.

In the end he charged me $200 and told me never to call and do business with them again. Great customer service there, man. Glad to see you treat people like crap who simply call in good faith to get a quote and then agree to your quote and have you do the job. Every reasonable person on earth expects to not be charged 3x your quote. At least he stuck to it in the end after treating me like this.

My advice with these guys: get a quote in writing before you have them out to do the work. And confirm the quote before the guys start work. Otherwise the owner/manager might scold you for not doing his job for him.

I was so lucky to have been referred to Dave and his team. I needed a full re-piping of my old house and they we so nice to me and worked with me for seriously the best price in town. Dave and the entire team were so caring about my situation. What a great group of guys. They were all just so wonderful and efficient, I really can't thank them enough.
