This company is awesome! Rob provided quick response to our request for a home visit and estimate. His written estimate was clear and right on point with the requirements we discussed. Essentially, Rob delivered exactly what he said he would. It was amazing to us how quickly the work progressed from furntiture relocation to the actual saltillo tile stripping and sealing. One feature new to us was tile staining. The few problem tiles we had turned out beautiful and friends cannot identify the stain work versus original tile. The two techs who did the work, Brennan and Mason, were very professional and polite. Even to calling us to inspect their work as they progressed. They actually created a couple of stained tile samples and let us choose the color to match the existing. A simple follow up a few days later was smoothly coordinated and completed. I have used Rob with Arizona Tile And Grout before for our granite countertops. This time we had our showers, scrubbed, cleaned, grout redone, and all sealed and polished. Brennan spent all day meticulously, taking care of both bathrooms. Devon joined in to ensure the job was done on time. Both gentlemen kept me informed step-by-step of what they were doing. Rob also called and texted to make sure everything was going well. I cannot say enough about Rob’s customer service. This is something that has gone by the wayside nowadays. If there’s any issues you discuss it with Rob and you can work it out. I highly recommend this company.

Rob was excellent to chat with, my wife felt really comfortable with him and my wife can be an awkward person when it comes to strangers. He even gave my wife advice on how to do it ourselves. my wife is super cheap, but I’m gonna convince her to use Rob’s company. He’s pretty straightforward and has been doing this for a long time. It’s kinda hard to find people that won’t work these days. But he has no sales pressure or any attitude whatsoever. Very positive human being. We need more people like Rob In the world.

Rob, the owner, was very thorough in putting together his estimate and educating us on what would work best. We thought we need polishing and he actually told us cleaning and resealing would probably get us what we needed but if after they were done we thought there were areas we needed that, he could do it, so we never felt over sold. His crew was amazing and seemed to love their jobs and it's hard work! We had them clean travertine floors, countertops and shower, clean grout, clean granite countertops and reseal all of it. They repaired missing grout behind the sink and on the master bath counter which did so much to bring the look back to new. They even put a fresh caulking around the sinks that perfectly matched the grout and just that little detail made a huge difference. They got rid of etching spots that happen with all travertine over time. They found etches we never saw! They have tons of specialized equipment to get the job done. All the water etching and soap residue was gone gone in the shower. They softened the look of a couple of cracks in the travertine with a matching caulking which was amazingly effective. Could not believe how good everything looked. We feel like the house looks new again. Top quality workmanship and a very trusting team to work with.

I am so pleased with my saltillo tile. It looks absolutely amazing! Rob is great and comes out personally to provide an estimate. The crew was so nice and did such a great job. The pic on the left is my is my kitchen before. It had significant damage and was very dirty. The pic on the right is after it was cleaned, touched up with a little color, and sealed. Arizona Tile and Grout Care did an awesome job with my countertops. Rob came out to view what I wanted done and gave me a complete estimate very quickly. The job was scheduled quickly, and he sent Wayne and Devin to do the job. They were very detail oriented and very critical to ensure a superior service was provided. Wayne got my opinion on grout colors and explained the process to me which I was very grateful for. My compliments to both of them. They are true professionals and speak highly of the technicians that are employed by Arizona Tile and Grout Care. The house that we recently purchased needed something done about the dirty tile and black grout. After making several calls I found AZ Tile & Grout Care. The owner arrived on time and then went on to explain that he could make the tile and grout look like new. He was also willing to work within my budget to perform the needed work. It was more than what I could have expected and the tile flooring does look like new. He achieved this "new look" by mechanically cleaning the tile and recoloring the grout which also included filling the crack line where the tile meets the walls. I was so impressed that I will use them again as we remodel the master bathroom.

Our bathroom tile and grout now looks amazing! The new grey color grout stain brings our new bathroom remodel together. It compliments the shower tile, pebble floor and colors in the tile. We're so happy we chose Arizona Tile & Grout to clean, repair, and reseal our 40 year-old Saltillo tile floor! Rob was so easy to work with - responsive, reasonable, and actually interested in what outcome we wanted from the project. He explained every step of the process and our options to ensure we were all on the same page before they started the work. On the day of service, they were quick, careful, and did a beautiful job. Besides bringing the floor back to life from general wear over many years, a number of tiles had lost their seal completely from water damage and were a different color so Rob and Brennan carefully applied a mix of stains to perfectly match the rest of the tiles. WOW!!! Just WOW!!!!!!!! So grateful to have worked with these guys for our tile! A friend recommended them, so we called to check out the service. After they looked at all we wanted done (had never had tile cleaned; didn't realize how much it needed it), they quoted an extremely fair price and we scheduled the work.

The difference in our home after Arizona Tile & Grout Care worked their magic is AMAZING!!!! Check out the pre/post-cleaning pics taken in middle of job. The change is clear from one foot to the other. With tile throughout our home, now that the 'dinge' is removed, the incoming light on that lovely light neutral surface makes everything so much brighter. We had no idea how much the grout had changed over time, but after Rob's crew was finished, it looks like we have BRAND NEW TILE! Our front patio--which we weren't originally planning to do--turned out so very beautiful, it's definitely enhanced the space... again, just looks like a new tile install.

The small tiled laundry and entry space in the garage which we never even noticed, also was thoroughly renewed; that space has never looked so good!!!
