Grant and team prepped our house pre-sale and were able to coordinate a first time buyers list of fixes with our realtor. I believe their efforts made our home sale go smoothly. If we could have teleported them to our new home we would have entrusted them to do quality work here as well.

We have had multiple projects completed by Screws Loose, and all have turned out phenomenal! From the start of the planning process to the completion, all aspects of the project were clearly communicated with our goals in mind and attention to detail. Very happy with the completed work! Screws Loose did an amazing job cleaning up my backyard. They took care of general landscaping, cleared out all the trash and debris that had piled up, and left the space looking so much better. They worked quickly but didn’t cut corners, and I really appreciated how thorough they were.

I cannot recommend Screws Loose enough! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to help me. Not only did they help me on a Sunday, but they also arrived quickly and fully prepared. I was helped by Grant, who is kind, professional, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable.

What really stood out to me was the level of care he put into his work. He made sure everything was completed to the highest standard, explained the process to me clearly, and even gave me helpful tips for future maintenance. It really shows the pride they take in their work.

Grant arrived on time and let us know 30 minutes ahead of time he was on the way. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Finished the roof and cleaned up after himself. We are happy with his service and completion of work!

I was remodeling a property and recently hired Screws Loose to install two ceiling fans and paint my living room, and they did a great job. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done right. The fans are perfectly installed, and the living room looks great with the fresh paint. They were also really neat—no mess left behind, which I really appreciated. Overall, a very solid experience. I will have a couple more projects coming up I’d definitely consider them again for future work.

I’ve been getting help from Grant for years, even before he started Screws Loose. Very knowledgeable, reliable. I’ve had him fix minor plumbing issues, wall cracks, and even had him refurbish and rebuild my kids’ playset! He even volunteered time to refurbish a kid’s campsite that burned down in 2011 (see photo). The guys at Screw Loose care. They care about community, they care about doing a good job, they care about their customers as people. Would highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about Screws Loose Services. I live in Indianapolis, and the Sunday after Thanksgiving I found out my mother in Tucson had suffered a stroke. The police had to break her door in, and I was frantic trying to handle everything from across the country.
I found Screws Loose Services through a Google search and prayed they would be reputable. I called around 7pm on a Sunday, never expecting anyone to answer — but Grant picked up immediately. After I explained the situation, he reassured me he would have someone there within the hour. They showed up quickly, secured the door, and charged a very reasonable after-hours fee.
A few days later, Grant came out again after I asked to have the locks replaced — even though in the chaos, someone else had already done it and I forgot to notify him. He was incredibly understanding. He took the time to inspect the door and explained why it really needed a full replacement for safety.
Even though he was booked solid until Christmas, he made room for us because of the circumstances. He personally came out on a Friday evening and spent three hours replacing the entire door. The craftsmanship is excellent and, more importantly, my mother is now safe while she recovers.
Grant showed not just professionalism, but genuine compassion. He even gave me his personal number in case I needed someone to check on my mom.
This company is a true blessing.

Awesome service. Lawn looks completely new and I really like that they give you some extra suggestions on the upkeep of the turf. We have 2 dogs so it can start to get messy quick. Will definitely use again! Also communication was great and professional :)

It's been two days since Dustin came out to clean our small turf area and not only does it LOOK fresh and new, it SMELLS sooooo much better, even in the high noon summer heat with two dogs. We will definitely have him back regularly for maintenance - very happy we found him and Keep it Up!

This was our first time having our Artificial Turf cleaned and we are so happy with the results! We have a large dog who uses our turf for all of his business and the odor was becoming very strong, especially after a rain. Dustin cleaned up all of our debris and neutralized the odor. He was on time, efficient and very professional. We will use again in the future and highly recommend that you do too!

We get our turf serviced quarterly and it is our favorite day! We have two dogs and three toddlers so the yard gets used and abused quickly.
