Saloman arrived on time for our appointment, and was very professional in his assessment of my termite situation. He answered all my questions in ways I could understand, and carefully showed me the termite areas. He explained the proposed treatment plan in great detail. I am so pleased with the professionalism and courtesy displayed by this company and its staff, and the prices are very affordable, hundreds less than the big companies. Very satisfied.

Your technician was fine. I found the texting, calls and 6 emails excessive. Your were here on the 4th. I paid you today, the 6th. Just two days from service. I didn't need four emails and a phone call about paying. You have no record of me being a deadbeat. If you do this again I will find another company. It was harassing.

Weed Co. is always great to work with. The staff are phenomenal. The technicians are always friendly, thorough, and truly go the extra mile. My technician even moves small things in the backyard to make sure everything is done right. I really appreciate the care and effort every time.

I've been using WeedCo for about 3 years so far, as a member of their routine Pre and Post Emergent service. Every 4 months they treat my yard and it's highly effective. I used to spend hours in the yard under the hot sun cleaning my weeds every month, but now there usually aren't any and I never have to go outside for that anymore. If some do pop up, I just give them a call and they'll come spray them. This is totally worth the value for me, and their price is affordable and reasonable in my opinion. Oh and it's also nice that I don't have to be home for them to perform their work either. Super-lazy mode engaged!

DISHONEST AND HOSTILE. Broke a window mechanism and tried to blame it on my housekeeper. When I called to ask them about it they came to my home and tried to intimidate me. I would warn you away.

Well this has been the most unpleasant experience i have had with any company in Tucson. These people sent a bunch of youngsters to clean the windows of a Brand New Million dollar Home and they scratched most of them. Then they said the scratches were already there!! After that, they had me contact other companies for repair of the scratches. a All the companies i contacted said i needed replacement because they are tempered. Last Week they called me and said i would have to go through my insurance company. I am very Displeased and am seeking legal action!

obviously its better for the crew to let me know they found a broken screen so it doesnt seem like they broke when i find it first. also better to have the same guy do the payment since hes the one who promised to talk to me prior to adding additional charges instead of giving me surprise charges and a shoulder shrug. apologizing for both of those as a courtesy even if it isnt your fault is good practice

We had privacy screens put on our home. We received the quote and within two weeks our screens were installed. Oh my gosh, Frank did an excellent job, he arrived and went right to work. He is a great communicator with customers. The screens look wonderful and Frank helped to suggest what degree of privacy to put where, based on the sun for uv rays. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND FRANK FOR ALL OF YOUR SCREENING NEEDS!!

I work with Better View windows twice per year to clean the windows in a local community clubhouse. The windows are giant, multistory windows and are the focal point of the room when entering the building. Better View always does an excellent job and the windows absolutely sparkle. I highly recommend them.
