Just had Mirna and her crew out here cleaning our home. Once again they have done an outstanding job. They are fairly priced, I reviewed all we wanted done during their 2 hours with us and they were able to accomplish all of it during that time. I also asked that they use our floor cleaner and they were fine with that. Great job ladies!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I have used this company for six months. Some teams are great but others are slow.

I finally stopped using them as of yesterday because I moved to a smallish house of 1700 square feet and they took 1.5 hours to clean it when the team could have done it in 45-60 minutes. Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping shouldn’t take that long, especially when it’s just me.

Also, I was paying a rate where they use their own cleaning supplies, but they were constantly using mine. I had to talk to Samantha or Mirna about this issue regularly. In fact, yesterday, I took back dishwashing liquid that I found missing and retrieved it from one of the cleaning ladies before they left.

It’s a problem when some of the cleaners don’t understand English and aren’t as conscientious as the good ones in this cleaning service. I was just sick of getting the same lazy cleaners even though Mirna promised me I’d get the same team.

Given the economy, using a cleaning service is a luxury. You don’t want a team that’s going to dawdle. For the price I paid yesterday, I can clean 30 minutes each weekend.

I asked them to clean my house. I was preparing to put on the market and they did a fantastic job. They gave me a quote, but after finishing they came in under the quote and the house was as clean as I expected.I definitely recommend them!

We utilized SuperCleaning to clean our rental house between tenants. We have used their services in the past and were hoping to receive the same quality of service this time as well, but unfortunately we ended up having to get on our hands and knees to clean our house after a “deep clean.” Here are the pros and cons of their services:

Pros:
- On Time: The cleaners arrived on time for the cleaning. I myself was 5 minutes late to arrive and they responded quickly via text.
- Toilets are spotless: They cleaned two toilets very well and were were impressed by the results.
- They respond quickly to book: It was easy to call them to schedule a cleaning 1-week in advance.

Cons:
- We were overcharged: to clean our empty, small (1,383 sq ft, 2 bdr 2 ba) house, we were charged for 3.5 hours for 2-people at $75/hr. As a non-professional cleaner, it would have taken myself (1-person) no longer than 2-hours to clean the house. The I informed them of this, I was told that “it's the attention they put into cleaning it was not a quick wipe through…Next time they can do less time however the attention to detail will not be the same.” This leads into my next comment…
- You will need to clean your house after they clean: after examining the house further, there were literal piles of dust in many of the corners and dirt on the floor that I was able to remove with a wet paper towel was still on the floor, suggesting that they did not mop/sweep the house. They indicated that they cleaned the windows on the inside of the house but we could write on the windows in the dust that was not cleaned. We ended up cleaning the house ourselves again overnight as we did not feel comfortable showing the house in the state it was in.
- They will charge you to clean things that they did not clean: we were told they charged us for additional time since “Appliances are moved so that usually takes more time as they are heavy.” We looked under our fridge and it was not moved as there was dust and dirt under it, thus we had to clean this ourselves.
- They will charge you to clean things that you do not need to clean: we marked items that needed to be cleaned with tape and went over this with them during the walkthrough. We already self-cleaned our fridge and light fixtures and thus did not mark them with tape. For some odd reason, they charged us to clean them…even when they were clean and we specifically informed them that they did not need to clean it.
- They forgot our appointment: I called 1-week before to schedule an appointment on a Monday and she informed me that she would confirm on the appointment on the Friday before. I did not receive a call. I called on Sunday and left a voicemail. I then received a text saying that the cleaners for Monday had called out sick and that we would need to reschedule. From this experience, it sounds like they forgot about our appointment since they knew that the team was sick and did not inform us until we reached out ourselves.
- They will stop replying to you: After emailing with them regarding a way to pay them for their services, they have stopped emailing me back and I have not received a response form them in 2-days.

Overall, I will not be using their services again as I did not anticipate that I would need to clean my house after paying professional cleaners to do a “deep clean.”

Very happy with the dryer vent cleaning service. The technician arrived on time and carefully cleaned the entire vent line. They explained how buildup can affect performance and safety, which was helpful. After the cleaning, the dryer worked much faster and more efficiently. The service was professional and thorough.

Great experience. Showed up on time, knowledgeable, very fair price for a job that requires the right equipment. Very pleased with the work he did and he was incredibly affordable.

Mike did a excellent job sand blasting the calcium off our pool tiles. It looks almost brand new. He was very professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to do the same work done. Fair price and great work. You will not be disappointed if you go with him.

They were prompt and respectful. They did a great job and were thorough. They missed a couple of spots the first time and happily came back to fix the issues. Highly recommend these guys!

Such a great company! They came out immediately to discuss lighting options, measure and discuss costs with us. As soon as they were able to place the lights (given our restrictions with our HOA) they scheduled and came out. They were able to place all the lights in a timely manner and we love them! They were a surprise for our two small children and they loved them as well! Highly recommend this company!

Dakota did an amazing job on our windows. I wish I had a before and after photo. We are in a new new construction. As in the house next door is currently being built. Loooots of dust. Stucco dust. Construction dust. Paint overspray. Desert dust. Dust dust dust. In addition we just finished a pool build that kicked up copious amounts of dust. Travertine dust. Shotcrete overspray. Dust dust dust. Dakota was meticulous and left our windows squeaky clean so we can enjoy our desert views again. Very happy!! A+++
