Los Andes is by far one of the most professional companies in Tucson and I always rely on their services.

Los Andes is our new AC company we will use for all our AC needs! Enrique and Fernando are great.

So I wanted to do a follow up review on my install and it has been 4 years now and we found out that Los Andes actually put holes in our roof to place the mount for the air conditioner. I didnt want to think it was but it lines up with their existing spot they had and it was never sealed so now i have another issue besides my a/c doing the same thing the last 4 years. I can have it fixed but was told it would be just as much......Now I want it to be fair a man named Jaco was my installer but and I was dumb enough to go for his pitch! Just make sure if you have evap before ac they actually change the duck work with the install and make sure you run your ac a few times and check your filter box.

The company installed an a/c unit that was less expensive than others that we researched and found that the workmanship was professional, polite and pleasant. We are proud to recommend Los Andes to others who may require an air conditioning company.

Terrible customer service. Deflection and excuses are their go to. NEVER again, and this is after giving them business with TWO units. Disgusted with the experiences.

Paid to have entire new A/C system installed at a family member's house. Price was the best we found. Staff was honest & answered all our many questions. Install was slightly delayed due to weather but still done in 2 days. Polite, professional and it's working like a charm. I'd use them again.

I definitely regret using this company. I only used them because an old coworker recommended them. Now I think it was because you get money for recommending people. Once your system is installed, they are bothered when you point their mistakes out to them. They make it seem like they’re doing you a favor fixing their shotty work.

Based on my extremely positive original experience, I re-engaged Los Andes yesterday for an A/C outage repair. This happened in the evening, so I left a voicemail, which they didn't return by 10:30am the next morning. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them - they asked me to send my information over and they'd get back to me in twenty minutes with an appointment time, so I sent my information over, but they never got back to me. I tried calling twice about an hour later, then sending follow-up text messages an hour after that, but still hadn't heard back. Finally, needing some kind of firm commitment I engaged another provider. It was only after I sent them a text that I engaged another provider (literally minutes after) that I finally heard from them that they'd be able to come by within 45 minutes.

I'm very disappointed with the lack of follow through. Should've just gotten back to me as you committed to, or responded to my follow-up calls / text messages, to let me know what availability was, as it seems like I was being strung along!

I engaged Los Andes for a service call after experiencing a central A/C failure. The dispatched technician quickly diagnosed and replaced a failed fan motor, while evaluating other areas of the system that would be performed during annual maintenance for wear / risk. The entire visit was completely quickly and professionally, and was very responsibly priced. Altogether a very positive, A+ experience. I would absolutely recommend them again!

Late post from when you did work on my ac installing it back onto my roof.
You guys DID NOT install this correctly. My AC is leaking cool air due to this. This piece of sheet metal that was added is being held together by tape that is seperating. And you didnt even make it flush with the unit. Also a HUGE MESS was left behind all in my backyard. My dog had eaten wrappers and who knows what other materials that were just thrown and left behind for me to clean up.

Other than being 90 minutes late, the technician was efficient

I had ABC Water & Air install a new system, and they were fantastic! Gilbert and his team were professional, on time, and did a great job. My home is more comfortable, and I’ve already noticed a drop in my energy bills. Highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!

My A/C is roughly 20 years old. Had some issues with it and Gilbert got someone out to get me back up and running. I know it needs replacing and they didnt try to upsell me on anything.. in fact, it was a good conversation with his team and they said we'll put something together for you and email it over for you to take a look at, no rush. Looks like they'll be my go to from here on out.

They were prompt and fixed the issue with our toilets quickly!

Gilbert and his team were phenomenal. Timely with the process, extremely communicative with updates and the install process. I even looked with competitors in the area and other prices didnt compare. Would highly recommend if you are in need of AC repair/install!

ABC Water & Air did a spectacular job of removing our broken air exchanger and installing the new one. Even with some minor set backs they persevered and remained on scene until the job was done.

Service was fine. However, I do not enjoy being ‘sold’ things every single service call.
