Roy and his colleagues replaced our water heater. They were quick to respond and did a very thorough job, including replacing the water and gas lines. I highly recommend this company.

Repairman asked to use one of our towels to clean up the water off the floor. Then took said towel with him. He also did not turn on the water valve that he replaced, so how did he check that everything was working before he left? No leaks so far.

Thank you George for your fantastic customer service, Daniel was profesional, prompt, with great atention to detail. Was able to fix a problem that two previous people could not see.

Daniel A. was knowledgeable and explained everything that was going on, as he was diagnosing our problem. When he concluded we needed a new unit, he explained everything that we should expect in the process. This information helped us feel comfortable with our first emergency as homeowners.

Quality of work was exceptional! If I were installing the unit myself, and had his experience, I still don't believe I could have done a better job than Daniel. He is thorough. We could not have asked for a better experience!

This company provided great communication and worked with my home warranty folks to get my issue handled. Daniel really went out of his way to ensure that my tankless water heater was fully functional. It's an older model, so he had to contact tech support and then special order a part for it. This was a genuinely good and low-stress experience-- I'd recommend these folks without hesitation!
