Shawn masterminded the installation of twelve package units at our property. These were very complex installations because EVERYTHING associated with the old systems were being abandoned including the ductwork and electrical.

My electrical box blew up on Thanksgiving Day. We called Shawn Davis.. he came out and determined that we needed a new box and an upgrade to our house.. Within the week, he got permits from TEP and put a new box in! Excellent Service!

Shawn and the whole team with Iconic were extremely easy to work with. My AC went out during the hottest part of the summer, a friend recommended them. They were able to install a new AC unit for me in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. Did price comparisons and their pricing was really competitive. They were really communicative and responded quickly to follow up questions.

In addition, a family member was having AC trouble as well, Iconic was able to respond very quickly! They diagnosed the issue, repaired the problem and got the AC up and running in no time for a very reasonable price during a very busy and hot part of the summer.

This company, Tradesman Heating and Cooling) was recommended by a long time customer. I called and left two messages over a week and a half. Brandon didn't even give me the courtesy to respond. I will be sure to tell his long time customer about the lack of response.

I just wanted my HVAC serviced because it’s sixteen years old. I got a quote from another company for $3,000 and they said I really should get a new unit. Brandon checked it out and said it was working just fine. The service charge was really reasonable. Honest young man.

The first thing that I want to say is wow I am so impressed with Tradesman heating and cooling. This is what great customer service is all about. This is the most honest company I’ve ever hired . Brandon is so Reliable and he know his stuff. I am a raving fan if I had the option to put 10 star I would. He deserves every star.

They most recently saved my grandmother from purchasing a new system another company scared her into thinking she needed. When called out to do an inspection before using the heater this season, the other company was so bold as to disable her system and tell her it needed to be replaced.

We insisted she let Brandon from Tradesman come take a look. He promptly came out and carefully inspected everything. He was kind and patient as he explained that there was nothing wrong with her system. He literally saved the day!

Wasn't for sure at first. Walked in the steel office and the receptionist looked frieghted. But after we chatted for a few minutes all was well. The gentleman names Joe helped us. He was personable, professional and explained all aspects of the end product we wanted. Even showed 7s around the shop. I really like this place and will use them for all my metal needs. I was referred to RBG from a gentleman from Orschlens in Jonesboro.

Called them at 5 in the morn, waited for 20 mins on hold, and got through to the answering machine for Signature Heating & Cooling, not Bell. The picture of their office is actually a restaurant called Lil Abners.

My AC unit wasn’t cooling as it should, and the technician recommended a coil cleaning. I was shocked at how much dirt had accumulated! After the cleaning, my AC worked like new. They were friendly, on time, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. Excellent experience!

I’ve always been sensitive to smells, and lately I kept noticing this faint sour odor every time the AC turned on. It wasn’t terrible, but it was annoying enough that I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I finally decided to get the ducts cleaned, and I’m genuinely surprised at the difference it made. The technicians were respectful, very knowledgeable, and incredibly careful with everything. They showed me the buildup inside the ducts, and I couldn’t believe how bad it had gotten without me noticing. After the cleaning, the smell disappeared completely. The air felt crisp and clean, almost like when you first move into a new house. They left the place spotless and even put everything back exactly how it was. I couldn’t be happier.

My townhouse's air ducts were cleaned by Dylan. He was friendly and explained what he was doing as he worked. He discovered pet hair from past owners inside the ducts. The dryer vent cleaning also made a great difference because the machine was overheating earlier. He performed a short furnace cleaning, blower cleaning, and coil cleaning. My system now operates more quietly.

Life savers! We've had a call in to a different HVAC company for 4 days (through our warranty company) who on day 4 had not returned any of our calls. I called our warranty company this am and explained I just returned home from the hospital with a sick child and our air is still not fixed. They called Showtime who sent Shane within hours! And now, my sick child is sleeping in a nice cool bed! Thank you Shane and Showtime air.

I chose to have Advantage Home Performance install a brand new system and cover the initial warranty.

Today they did their first inspection and everything checked out perfect!!

The tech that came today was great. Polite, knowledgeable and just like everyone I've worked with, seem to genuinely care.

We recently purchased a home in Green Valley and wanted to add extra insulation in the attic. I contacted AHP and spoke with Matt who then came out and went through all my options and the rebates available from TEP. He was great to work with and provided me with an estimate later that day which was very reasonable. What's really nice is that they do all the rebates for you so you're not having to fill out forms and wait for your money it's all done for you. James and Terrell were the two insulators who came out to do the job and both were very nice and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They showed up when they said they would and were very neat and cleaned up everything spotless when done. I highly recommend AHP and will be calling them again in the future. Thanks again guys!!
