Nick Knauer and his company True Line Turf and Design exceeded my expectations as far as their performance and quality of work. I needed 1,000 square feet of turf in a backyard redo because my grass was basically gone due to puppies working their magic as puppies do. The end result is as good as anyone could ever expect. They were on time and very hard working and Nick checked in and always made sure I was happy. A man of his word, he went above and beyond. Thank you, Nick.

Nick’s crew hustled all day! They cleaned up along the way and finished in one day which was so fun to come home to! The grass is beautiful and he designed a brick border as well. Two other companies never followed through. However, Nick was quick to come measure, get the bid to us, (at a very fair price) , and scheduled the job in less than a week. He’s mastered his craft and is very professional, timely, and personable. I can’t say enough about this company !

Nick was super responsive and great to work with. 2 weeks after we finalized the quote we had a team out to install. We had a specific vision for the pavers and turf we wanted and they delivered. The install team took 4 days and worked really hard all day to do it right. Their attention to detail was really appreciated. We could not be happier with the results and the service

True Line provided unparalleled service at an unbelievable price!

We’ve been saving for over a year to have our backyard landscaped. While researching, I noticed True Line had excellent reviews, but I figured we couldn’t afford them. I noticed one of the multi-state landscaping companies was having a massive sale a few weeks back and got them to come out for an estimate. Despite the sale, the estimated price was still higher than we had hoped (plus they told us the sale price would only last 24 hours). I instantly called True Line just to compare. Nick, the owner, gave us an estimate within hours and beat the other companies price by 33% and could get us scheduled 2 weeks faster. We went with True Line, and we couldn’t be happier. The yard looks excellent, the workers were extremely nice and jobbed nonstop for 2.5 days. Nick was great to deal with and even allowed a minor change to the original blueprint on day 2 at no extra cost. Honestly, our only regret is not calling True Line sooner. Thanks again!!

Nick and his crew do such a great job! This is the second time True Line has done a turf job for us. I can't say enough great things about my experience with Gustavo and GR Arizona Design. I just moved and everything needed to be transformed...and that's what happened. From demolishing a retaining wall, doing the masonry to create a courtyard wall, beautiful gate, new plants, irrigation, gravel, new pavers. All done on schedule. Gustavo was so helpful with his knowledge of the plants and his team was so efficient, friendly, respectful of my home, and did a great job. I am so very, very happy to have someone like Gustavo that I can trust and rely on now and in the future. And Allie, his office person is wonderful. She answered my phone and emails right away and has been a wonderful liaison throughout the whole project.

GR Arizona design landscaping are great to work with! They come when they say they will be there,they return phone calls the same day,and they do a great job!

Terrible communication and scheduling. Billed for a part of the project they did not do and would not return my call when promised. Only positive was the clean up crew was very thorough and worked very hard the day of crushed rock addition.

As a licensed real estate agent, I understand the need for “curb appeal”. I also understand the pit-falls of “deferred maintenance”.

Gustavo came to my house to make an assessment and with cutting edge technology, created a front yard landscape plan with his landscape software. I immediately saw his vision for a “high-impact”, “low maintenance” desert plan.

His background in landscape knowledge in the Sonoran Desert was a plus. He recommended plants that thrive with low-care and low water. Ask him about his education!

I was simply impressed by his knowledge of how native plants, within in the area thrive. And he only recommended those types of vegetation for my home.

The result was magnificent and my neighbors have consulted with him for their landscape needs.

I have used GR design for three different projects; removing a dying saguaro, resetting some pavers and the big job re-bonding pool bull nose along with resetting about 500 square feet of pavers to improve drainage flow. The price was reasonable and the crew did a very nice job, they addressed any of my concerns directly and immediately and helped to solve a unique drainage issue. I had one call back to take of some details thus the 4 star but I would be very comfortable hiring this company for future landscape projects.

Great communication, punctuality & superior knowledge of all vines & plants. Mr. Ramirez's workers are friendly, polite and work hard. They stopped by to check on our new lawn's growth & asked if we had any questions. We will be using their services in the future for all our landscaping & yard maintenance.
