Gustavo from GR Arizona Designs did an excellent job updating the irrigation system at my mother's house. He knows his products well and knows how to explain them. He has answered our questions quickly, as well. His crew was on time and left the backyard clean. We will refer GR Designs to family and friends in the future.

We hired GR Arizona Design to completely transform our backyard, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Our project was no small task—they had to remove several tons of decorative rock just to prep the space. From there, they leveled the ground, installed Aztec tile, and laid artificial turf. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and executed with an impressive level of care and craftsmanship.

From day one, Gustavo, the owner, was fantastic to work with—communicative, honest, and clearly invested in doing the job right. He took time to understand our goals and made thoughtful suggestions that really elevated the final design. Juan, who led the on-site crew, was equally excellent—he kept everything on track, answered questions clearly, and made sure every detail was done well.

The crew was kind, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. They showed up on time every day, worked consistently, and paid attention to details that other contractors had completely missed—like ensuring proper drainage with a subtle slope, relocating weep holes, and carefully cutting and fitting the tile around edges and fixtures.

This is the second time we hire them to do work in our house. This time it was to level the ground to avoid water puddling when it rains, new tile, lighting and adding flagstone. We are very impressed with how punctual and professional GR company is. They do what they say they are going to do and do it in a timely manner. I cannot recommend them enough.

Gustavo and team tackled a problem with my outdoor fountain. It hadn’t been operating for months. The fountain was built by my husband who has since passed away. It was so important for me to have the fountain operating again and I think Gustavo and the rest of his company for all the help they provided. Highly recommend.

They cleaned out an extremely old, tall, gnarly and dangerous, Palo Verde tree, and kept all of the huge branches off of the roof and the gutter. A couple of hedge bushes took a beating, but it was unavoidable given how long I let that tree go. I will always use their services and recommend them!

I can’t say enough about Arizona Sunset Landscaping. Remember getting their card and wondering if I should try them after being so disappointed with so many others. Best thing I ever did. Arizona Sunset Landscaping has been maintaining our yard and landscape for almost three years. They are reliable and knowledgeable about managing plantings in our desert climate. They keep our yard up to HOA standards. When a large tree fell down in a windstorm, they were prompt and professional removing it and cleaning up the debris. I highly recommend this company.

I first hired this company to do my irrigation a couple of years ago. They nailed it. We were so happy with the results we hired them to do maintenance on our yard which this company takes care of to this day. The owner is friendly as are the crew. They’re efficient and don’t mind if I ask for small favors that regard my yard even if it means them going out of their way. I get a call or text a couple days in advance about when to expect them so I can have things ready, like my dogs put up and gate unlocked. My yard looks great. I would definitely recommend Arizona Sunset Landsacping for anyone needing someone to take care of their yard.

I purchased my house five years ago Juan and his crew were taking care of my house before I bought it. I've kept him and never had a problem. Excellent service. Tree trimming to irrigation bick pavers is capable of doing whatever you need very recommendable.

Juan and his crew did an awesome job trimming all my bushes and palm trees and cleaning up my yard. He also put a new irrigation system in last year and it works great! Highly recommend!

Juan redid our irrigation system and removed several old Oleander trees. He did an excellent job on both, and was very reasonably priced. He showed up when he said he would and we had very good communication with him.
