Julian was really knowledgeable and friendly. He came out quickly to address my concerns and even stayed late to make sure everything was addressed properly and that all my questions were answered. Really affordable and would definitely work with him again.

Finding trade people you feel comfortable with can be a challenge. After my experience with Sapphire I would tell anyone reading you're in good hands. Everything was explained thoroughly, they were there on time and kept everything very clean. Highly recommend if you need any plumbing in your house.

He came down to fix our faucet outside, I paid for parts at homedepot and he charged 335.00 for a half our job. Then he said he would come back on Monday and everything was included in that price. Then he text me today so I can pay for more parts and more money for him to come back down. He also said 165.00 for Saturday then the other 165.00 for Monday so I asked him for money back cuz we didn’t need him still, he told me he couldn’t give me my money back. So to me he ripped me off.

Did not install toilets correctly and so it leaked. Under warranty but could not get Paul out to do the warranty work. Had to call another plumber to reinstall correctly. Would never use this company again, warranty work means nothing to them.

Great professional and personalized service for a good price.
Needed a plumber when shower wouldn't drain and toilets wouldn't flush. We found Paul at P&R Plumbing Services by searching for plumbers in our locale, since we always prefer local service providers whenever possible. Paul got back to us within minutes, and arranged to come out as soon as he got off the job he was finishing. About an hour later he came and rodded our sewer line from the house to the septic. When that didn't help he gave us info about a septic tank service company that might be able to help (the tank company used at the house before our purchase said they couldn't help for a few days!) We called Xcel Quality Pumping, and they came out the same day (at night, actually) and got us flushing & draining again, plus came the next day and pumped the tank clean, and it really needed it. Paul from P&R Plumbing Services had told us he guarantees his work so he'd come back if needed - well the next day we called because of a remaining partial clog in the line. He rodded it again for free, ran a camera down the pipes to see what the problem was, and then power-cleaned the line for a reasonable additional fee - now we are as clean as a whistle! We can't thank Paul and P&R Plumbing Services enough for getting us out of a jam without charging a fortune. I recommend him without reservation.

P and R Plumbing installed a refrigerator water line. Paul was quick and friendly. He was able to come on a Saturday which was much appreciated with my busy work schedule.

Their experts provided excellent service. They replaced a faulty drain trap under our sink. The installation was done neatly and securely. Everything works perfectly now.
