After months of higher than expected water bills I was able to get Chris out the next morning after the leak was found. He completed the job in a full day.
Although probably not the cheapest but Fusion is quick, dependable and does a fantastic job. This is the 3rd time we used Fusion for major jobs.

Justin took his time to overcome obstacles that were in his way. Did a good job.

Very polite and knowledgeable! Kyle came to my home to do yearly maintenance on my 3 yo HVAC installed by Fusion. Kyle took pictures and explained what he did on the roof for maintenance. Very satisfied and will continue to use Fusion for my plumbing and air needs.

Justin and Leo needed to replace our water heater in an emergency. These guys were great. They kept it neat and clean. Highly recommended.

Kyler was awesome! Knowledgeable, friendly and very informative. He walked us through the potential repairs and problems and helped to make an informed decision without undo pressure.

Kyler was great in showing me a video and pictures and explaining how everything worked and especially the copper tubing which i didn’t have going all the way up. And how dirty my duct work was but understood after 11 years .

We had a leak in the water service line from Tucson Water’s meter to our house. The leak was obvious when water started bubbling up from our paved front path. They came out within an hour of calling. Said they could lift the pathway bricks and dig down two feet and try to repair our 50 year old steel feed pipe or lay a new one, offset to avoid the path. They also said that when they got to the broken pipe they weren’t certain they would be able to do a reliable repair and the stress on the pipe during a repair process might start a new leak. Given the age of the buried hardware I couldn’t disagree with their assessment. I had them cost out trenching and laying a 1 inch pex service line. It wasn’t cheap, but I didn’t expect it to be. They said it would take 2 days and they could start the very next day. Given the magnitude of the problem I accepted the offer. They had three people working on it the next day and by mid afternoon had restored our water feed with a temporary bit of plumbing. They hand dug the trench, thereby avoiding damage to tree roots and the irrigation pipes. They water drilled under our front yard brick wall and also under a brick path that runs parallel to the house. They back filled and cleaned up, putting all our gravel over the top of their work and were done by the second day. They also replaced the plastic box that covered my pressure regulator valve as the old one had been damaged during removal. We have very little to clean up. They did a great job, were hardworking and punctual. They also warranted their work for 5 years.
I hope to never have to call a plumber again for such a sizable task, but if I do, they will be the first company I call.

I called Thursday and we had our new AC installed the following day. The technicians were friendly and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I specifically worked with Kyler, who was great, very personable and friendly. He was even great with my kids. Thank you so much!

Leo came out and replaced all of my outside spigots on my house. He caught an issue with my water softener that I wasn’t aware of and let me know about a service that you are supposed to do on the tankless hot water heater I was also not aware of. He was efficient knowledgeable and very nice. I highly recommend Fusion plumbing and especially Leo!!!

I'm not quite sure where to begin but here goes... My wife alerted me to a spike in our water bill so I began the search for a leak. I located it in my front yard so I called multiple plumbing companies to come out and assess the situation and give me an estimate on repair costs. I had about 6 plumbing companies lined up because I always get more than one opinion, that is until I got the visit from Jake at Fusion Plumbing and Air which was my 3rd bid/estimate. It didn't take me long to know this was the plumbing company I would be dealing with. Jake took the time to explain in very simple terms what the problem was, his plan of execution and any worse case scenarios that may accur. Jake's patience, professionalism and genuine concern for my understanding of what this job would entail are just a few of the deciding factors of why I chose Fusion Plumbing! After explaining in detail the steps he and his crew would take to complete the job they began the work the very next morning. Jake, Chris and Jose kept me up to speed every step of the way on their progress even while I was at work. I was astonished at how quickly and efficiently they were able to complete this repair as it was no small task! Jake and the crew made an otherwise stressful situation not so stressful, and I am truly appreciative for that! In conclusion, from start to finish, starting from the admin staff to the boots on the ground, from helping me with the financing to doing the labor, the Fusion crew did an outstanding job! I will be recommending this company to family and friends without hesitation!! Again, a special thanks to Jake, Chris and Jose for a job well done!

Kyler came out to give me a quote on a mini split. He was great! He explained everything to me so I could understand it. I could tell he really knew his stuff. I was grateful he was thorough & Very pleasant. Thank you Fusion!

Kyler searched for the issue with my HVAC unit. Added refrigerant and made an appointment to test to see if the refrigerant leaked over the weekend. If so, he will test to find the problem. He was professional, courteous, and explained what he was doing snd why. Very helpful.

Three technicians came to my home to assess services I needed, one for furnace maintenance and two for plumbing issues. All of them arrived early in the time window I was given, which I really appreciated. Everyone was pleasant and appeared knowledgeable. Kyler handled the furnace maintenance and did an excellent job.

I had a great experience with Michael, Shane, and Leo from Fusion Plumbing and Air! Michael facilitated and got me in touch with Shane and Shane promptly scheduled a technician to come to the house. Once here Leo was patient, professional, and very informative throughout the entire process. Justin and Leo installed a new water heater and softener system, and replaced the PVC piping at my house. While they were working at my house they were respectful of my property and always made sure they were available to answer any questions. They also said they are available to answer any questions I may have after they’ve long left. When Justin and Leo completed their work, they cleaned up after themselves and provided me with instructions on how to bypass the softener if necessary.

This is the third job Fusion took care of for me in the last 12 months and I am happy with their work. I recommend Fusion for your plumbing and/or HVAC needs.
