I have a home warranty who sent 3 companies out to my house to diagnose my ac unit. All three companies spent 10 minutes in their diagnosis to tell me nothing was wrong with my unit. We got Arico out and Tim, took his time and was incredibly thorough in his diagnosis where he found several issues. Ultimately, the unit was in such bad shape, I was told the parts needed to fix it were more expensive than a new unit. They scheduled me quickly, got a crane to my house and removed the old and installed the new unit in lightning fast time. Tim was wonderful. He is so knowledgeable and had an answer to my every question and explained things so that I understood. I am thrilled with the service I have received from Arico and highly recommend them!!

Arico recently installed an efficient, high quality air conditioner in my home. They gave me a fair quote and, when unforeseen circumstances were encountered, they addressed the problems without charging additional fees. Their sales rep Steve and installer Tim were knowledgeable about the available options and provided professional, outstanding service. I am very happy with my experience with Arico and with my new AC.

AirCo sent a crew out to repair leaking valves on our bathroom sinks (four valves total). They sent the same crew to try again a month later. I had requested a different crew and the manager refused my request. You guessed it - the valves still leak. I tried to resolve this with AirCo by email and on the phone with a manager. They are proud of the 30-day warranty they offer and insist that they have no further obligation to fix the leaking valves. The manager told me he would go out of business if he had to make things right for folks beyond the 30-day warranty. That tells you a lot about AirCo. So, the sad result is that I am out over $350 for no solution. Other Tucson plumbers offer minimum 1-year parts and labor. Next time I will select a plumber that stands behind their work and are committed to quality and customer satisfaction.

We have been customers of Arico and have never been disappointed with their quality of work and service. For our most recent call our technician John showed up on time and was personable and professional and made sure not to leave a mess behind when the job was done. My Joe Homeowner attempt at plumbing that had gone sideways was quickly resolved and he gave me the names of a couple places in town that I could try for the hard to find parts for our 40 year old faucets. He even took the time to give me some pointers on how to finish up another project that is going to save me time and avoid some aggravation. I highly recommend Arico in general and John in particular.

I can always rely on Arico for excellent,reliable service. Many years ago I had a water pipe break outside & I called three well known companies to get an estimate but I also needed service soon. Arico was the first to arrive, the best price and the friendliest. I only call them now. I recently have needed to call them for two different services and both times Josh was my serviceman. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and finished each job in record time I couldn't be more pleased!!

We worked with Arico through our warranty company for our AC coil that wasn't working. Tim did a great job diagnosing the problem and getting all the necessary information to the warranty company. They kept us informed during the waiting process and made sure we got the right parts. Tim came out and finished the whole exchange in an afternoon and was very patient with my questions, he even went the extra mile to help us get our outside unit cleaned up and prepared for the summer. I will definitely use them again if the situation arises.

It's been a year but I'll finally post my negative experience with this company. I had been using their services for years until they ripped me off on a commode installation. They charged me $135 for the service call to troubleshoot a sediment clogged toilet. I bought the commode from Home Depot for $120. They charged me an incredible $380 for a 30 minute installation! A friend contacted me a week too late, to install it for $100. Seriously, I paid a total of $635 for the whole job.

Contacted Arico through their website for a backflow test. The website advertised the test for $69 for units under 2” and offered a $10 off coupon. Our unit was 3/4”, we were charged $75, should have been $59.

I asked the tech after receiving the bill why it was more expensive than advertised. He told me the website had been hacked 🙄

I followed up with the company through the same email string I had booked the appointment through and two days later, no response.

A one star review, credit card dispute, and a formal complaint to the state plumbing authorities over $16 and poor communication. Great job 👎🏻

I called with an immediate issue. Kitchen faucet leak... Steve had someone out the next morning! I had a call to see if the guys, "Angel and Jordan" could come earlier than planned. I was so thankful! Angel and Jordan where so accommodating and got everything hooked up and working within a short amount of time. Fair pricing, excellent workers and I will defiantly be contacting Arico Plumbing again for my future needs.

Adam came out and saved our kitchen! He found the leak, fixed it fast, and then recommended a restoration company for next steps. So thankful for the Fusion Team!

Update- when they first came out to fix our leak, they asked if we wanted their VIP Package. We bought it. They recently came out to do our first inspection. Kyler was amazing! Spent a ton of time going through our HVAC system. And the team who checked our water system was equally amazing (I can't find the paper with their names, sorry!).

We've had Fusion do work for us on several occasions, and they have always been amazing. Fair price, great communication, respectful team members. Can't thank them enough!

I've used Fusion Plumbing for a few different repairs that have come up over the years. Each time, the entire experience has been professional and smooth from start to finish. They were recommended to me by a friend after another company gave me a jaw dropping estimate, but Fusion was able to get everything done on a very reasonable budget. I absolutely hate plumbing issues, but I at least feel confident knowing that Fusion will be responsive and get me squared away.

Kyler is kind and honest, and recommended what is best for our living space and comfort. I love the comment he made to us, that he treats customers as if he were attending to his own grandmother. We need more people like him in this industry and in this world. Thank you Fusion, and thank you Tyler for your great service. We appreciate you!

I called Fusion Plumbing on a Sunday morning as I had no water to my home at around 830 am. They had a service technician here shortly around 11 clock.
Adam Witherell knew exactly what the problem was, told me what he had to do and gave me an estimate. He was professional and efficient. I was very pleased with the work, the time it took and reasonable price. I would highly
recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future.

Great experience with Fusion plumbing! Adam and Chris came out to repair a shut off valve and also ended up replacing some of the main water line. Adam was very professional and definitely experienced. He worked fast and thorough at identifying and fixing the problems. He gave us several options and price points for the repairs. Adam was very sensitive to our needs. I definitely appreciated the quick response and fast repair. I would highly recommended Adam and fusion plumbing! Thank you!

Fusion Plumbing stands behind its work!  We had a new sewer line installed in 2021. An issue with the line was identified during a recent house inspection. I contacted Fusion and Shane quickly responded and scheduled Adam to come out the next day to camera the line to validate the concern.  Adam then discussed the issue with Fusion management, without us needing to be involved, and the repair was made the next morning.  From us bringing the issue to Fusion's attention to the repair being completed was 48 hours - that's pretty awesome - and without any discussion or hassel. In addition, Shane and Wyatt's follow-up in getting us the needed documentation was timely and greatly appreciated.

Their immediate response was amazing. My call was on a Sunday when my AC went out, and they called me that same day.
Then they had someone at my door on Monday, and had my new unit installed and running on Tuesday. They have an amazing team! Thank you to all!

Techs, Were very polite and courteous. We are a industrial building with three large mini splits. They went through all
3 and replaced the one not working. The office mini needed a control board. We ordered it and they back came installed it, also replaced the wall thermostat as it was not working either. No charge. We are now in good shape, ready for summer. I also hired Fusion to put an AC on my sons house. I trust there work.

Fusion reached out almost immediately to set up an appointment. Adam thoroughly inspected my water heater situation. He found some other things I would need to address. He was very thorough. Adam set up time for the following day and did great work. The new water heater is working good. The work area was very clean and organized.

3/12/23:
Adam and Adrian came over and installed a bull horn on my sewer line today. I appreciate the timeliness and quality of their work. They cleaned up the area nicely. Explained the work that had been done. As long as these two are with the company I’ll feel confident choosing Fusion for any future needs.

Kyle and Dylan showed up earlier than I thought they might, which was great. They were friendly, personable and professional. They worked efficiently and continuously, with no standing around outside talking on their phones or smoking or other nonprofessional activities not related to the job I was paying for while at my home. I'm so glad this company ended up getting the plumbing job from the referral service I found on craigslist for plumbing work. This was my first experience with Fusion Plumbing and now that I have had this good experience with these two reps from this company, I feel better knowing I have a good plumbing company to call at any point in the future.

The service from start to finish was exceptional. The receptionist was very courteous and helpful in helping me set up an appointment and was flexible in changing the appointment to better suit my schedule.
I received both a text message and a call from Kyle letting me know the approximate time they would arrive at my house. Kyle and Colt were the installers of the toilets, and both of them were friendly, courteous young men.
They answered all of our questions, and completed the install in a timely and efficient manner.
I would highly recommend Fusion Plumbing for all your plumbing in installation needs.

I contacted Fusion Tuesday 12/10/24 around 1:30 pm and the tech was at the house at 4 p.m.. He determined what the problem was , but would have to return the next day to repair it. Within a couple of hours the next day the furnace was repaired and running. Noah the tech was very personable and professional. I recommend them very highly.
