Hunter was very thorough in servicing my unit, and explained the pieces and parts of the heating unit. It was very clean. He checked the returns, they were okay. He did suggest having them professionally cleaned, and also told me about a lighted appliance that abates mold and bacteria. I will think about these and may purchase them in the future.

David was amazing, as ALWAYS! Hes always pleasant and flexible. Great at communicating prior and during and will forever be who we request to come service and do repairs!

My experience with the tech, David Brown, was good. He seems to be knowledgeable, honest and caring. He communicated well. Unfortunately the company's call center is a disaster. I had two locations for routine check located 5 minutes from one another and scheduled consecutively on the same day. They rescheduled one of the two appointments without my clear understanding causing inconvenience on two Friday afternoons. It was much easier and more efficient to deal directly with the office (Amy) but the call center would not forward me when I had subsequent concerns. The call center did not function efficiently. I had a reminder call to schedule routine maintenance 10 days after the maintenance was completed. I was promised a call within 10 minutes when I had a question post maintenance visit. I received no call. Then the tech was dispatched to the wrong address when I requested a follow up check. In summary, the service seems good if one can navigate the inefficiencies of the call center process. The price of service seems high but apparently in line with other companies.

After Dave's arrival, we went over our concerns about the excessive noise that the heating system was making. He replaced the air filters and went into the attic to check out the heating unit. After his inspection, he told us that our heating unit was a write-off due to water infiltration causing extensive rusting and damage to electrical components. He took numerous pictures to document the damage and wrote up an inspection report and explained in great detail what he found. To avoid a catastrophe, he strongly suggested we not run the unit and replace it asap. On a scale of 0-10 we would rete Dave at 10++

Hunter spent several hours correcting the wiring that was originally installed incorrectly. He also gave us detailed instructions for the Sensi thermometer and app. We were less impressed with the original installation as we had no heat or AC until Hunter corrected the wiring problem.

Great service. Replaced filters, serviced HVAC. Prompt, courteous, and used shoe covers without being asked. Yay!
Have never been disappointed with our choice of using Pride Mechanical.
I'll add, I appreciate the fact that I am not asked to write a review before the service person leaves in order to get a discount.

Chris was very polite and knowledgeable. He gave us a good explanation of hvac systems and how they work. Will definitely consider Pride for any future hvac needs..

We were freezing in our Salon and Kevin came to our rescue. He worked in the cold and rain on top of our roof without any complaining. He was concerned with tracking mud on our floors which didn’t bother us at all…Kevin stayed with it until the job was done correctly and I look forward to going to work in our toasty warm salon this morning.

We had our 6 month HVAC maintenance completed by Hunter. Excellent job all around! Extremely happy with his work & we love our American brand HVAC unit, bought & installed by Pride.

This was the first time I felt like our Service Tech asked me questions and listened to my concerns. He immediately went to work replacing all filters and then going into the attic/crawl space where he found many issues, including a gas leak, that I felt should have been caught by the last Tech. He took pictures and explained them in detail. Gave me suggestions and again, in detail, told me what steps to take. I will definitely request to have him return for our next service. Excellent Service Tech!

Kevin was so helpful. He’s a good listener and did a fantastic job explaining everything he was doing. Even took time to explain how the systems work and what to watch out for. We are very happy with this service and Kevin!

Have been working with this group the past 3-4 years. We've had them replace our dual system HVAC, install water filtration, and a tankless water heater. They handle our maintenance needs every year. Very happy with the service, customer care, and quality of work every time.

While #1 and #2 furnaces are only 4 years old, it was a known that my #3 furnace just hit 25 years! It still functions but it is filled with obsolete parts and refrigerant that is two generations old. Pride did the complete install of both the indoor attic mount and outdoor A/C unit in a single day. Everything was coordinated well and you can't even tell they were here except for a much newer, cleaner outdoor unit. Great job and great price!

Chris was very personable and knowledgeable about my needs for my AC unit. He kept me informed about the work that was being done and successful in completing the projec. He helped me with the payment and signing of the contract with Pride. I enjoyed his coversation and his wanting to complete the project in a professional manner.

Very thoroughly diagnosed a HVAC problem and repaired with the option we chose. He looked over all of our 3 systems and made one other recommendation which we decided to have done on Wednesday. Very personable! This was a Pride member call.

We have had David at least 4 times to provide maintenance furnace service at our home. He is always very professional, prompt, courteous, honest and an all around very nice guy. He does an excellent job and leaves the site neat and clean. He also provides a full explanation of what was done, and what may need to done in the (near) future.

From start to finish, Pride Mechanical exceeded my expectations. Scheduling was easy, communication was prompt, and the service was top-notch. A huge shout-out to Hunter, our technician—he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. I've used Pride for more than 10 years at both my current and prior homes. Highly recommend.

Our AC went out Sunday, called Pride Mechanical Monday morning we knew we probably na new unit, they got our unit working, Hunter gave us a price for a replacement unit that we believe was very reasonable, a team arrived Tuesday morning with the new equipment and worked in 100+ conditions to install our units and had us up and running by the end of the day. The installation looks very good, cleaned up very well and explained and answered all our questions. Everything is working perfectly, thank you all for your great work.

Kash did a good job for us doing our annual checkup. He was able to check two of our three HVAC systems, but the third was in an attic with too small an opening for him to access (he's a big guy). However, he arranged to have one of the smaller techs come out two days later to do the third system. Johnny followed up today and inspected our third system and changed several filters. He was also very professional and did a thorough job. He also sent us photos of many of the components in our system that he inspected. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service provided.

Kash was friendly, efficient, and arrived early to repair a heat pump. He gave me a courtesy call so I could open the garage and get ready for him. After the repair, he packed up his equipment and left the work area clean. The work was done under warranty so there was no charge. A very positive experience, and Kash is an excellent technician.

I highly recommend Pride. The technician, Brian, at Pride was so helpful- I had bought a new dishwasher and needed it installed. Brian called to tell me when he would be here, and he was prompt, polite, and even took the old dishwasher for me. Thanks so much for getting my kitchen operational again!
