Jeff did a great job diagnosing my ailing air conditioning unit. He thought of good solutions and though we needed a replacement, he made sure we knew exactly why, and let us know all our options. He went above and beyond in making sure we would have a quick replacement when we decided to do that. I'm grateful for his courtesy and excellent customer service!

I also want to show appreciation for the office staff who were responsive to the questions I had about my service needs.

Updating this review to say that Jorge did a great job in installation! He and his crew were very thorough and even noticed a small issue with my hot water heater, which he fixed before he left. I really appreciate his care and attention to detail. Small things like writing down the exact filter size I'll need to buy, and giving me a realistic replacement schedule, matter so much.

It was a bad experience. Don't ever use tempeture control. They just put the Furnice and didn't go all the way. They just patched it with Metal Tape. The Motor got broken in 3 years. When I had my house since 2013 and nothing wrong for 9 years. And the motor couldn't last 3 years. They suck. The instalment sucked.

Eliott, Carlos, and Cesar were so helpful. Cesar got me the estimate and options very quickly and Eliott and Carlos came and fixed the issues WAY quicker than I expected! They even helped me figure out why my sink’s water pressure was so bad! Saved Temp Control’s number to my phone and will definitely be recommending them when asked!

The service technician Carlos Grageda, was courtesy, polite, and very professional! I WILL! recommend this company. They were on time, and scheduled me for next day service! Amazing. Thank you Temperature Control!

My water heater failed and Temperature Control was on it within half an hour after I called. Julian came out to figure out what the problem was. Early the next morning John came out and, on the phone with the manufacturer, arranged for a completely new water heater. Today Eddie and Elliott came and installed the new unit.
Everyone I worked with was great. That’s why Temperature Control is my go- to for any plumbing problem.

Temp Control was able to replace our water heater the same day. The cost was not the lowest possible but done quickly the responsiveness was excellent. Elliott and Carlos were very professional and did good work. I would recommend them.

Called Temperature Control for clogged kitchen sink. Tania who answered the phone was friendly and scheduled me for an appointment the same day. Plumbers, Cesar and Rick were wonderful! They unclogged my kitchen sink and replaced my garbage disposal quickly. Will use Temperature Control again when needed.

Eli was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed my AC's issue quickly and had it back up and running in short order and charged a very reasonable fee. Very impressed with this company's follow-thru with scheduling, communication and overall integrity. I've had some bad experiences with HVAC companies being dishonest and price gouging in the past, so it was nice to have a good experience with these guys.

Cesar did a fantastic job at my house in Oro Valley. I went from water spraying out of the ground 15 feet in the air to back to normal in about 3 hours. Price was totally reasonable and work was solid. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

This experience was the best we have ever had with any company/service coming to our home. Allen helped my husband the 1st day when we had our AC leak into our daughter's room. We ultimately had to get a new AC but it wasn't the scary experience I have heard of in the past. Allen explained everything so well and didn't rush us or talk us into getting the most expensive unit(even though I think we did because of the experience and the Quality). We called Temperature Control on Wednesday, Allen came out both Wednesday and Thursday and we had our new AC in by Friday by 12pm. It was a very fast experience and they made it so easy.
We had to put our dog down Tuesday night and when we came home from that our AC was broken and leaking so having them come out so fast was so needed for us and Allen knew that. Thank you for a great experience.

Had a scheduled service with TC technician Eli Rosales. He was awesome. One of our split units needed coolant and leak testing. Eli was patient, thorough, courteous, and incredibly professional. He took the time to explain many options and had great suggestions to deal with other home maintenance issues we were facing . We plan on using TC for some electrical and plumbing needs in the immediate future. If your looking for professional and ethical AC service then look no further than Temperature Control.

Julian did a great job and gives wonderful customer service. The people who answer the phone are also very helpful and patient. They answered all my questions.
Again Temperature Control provided excellent customer service. Julian repaired broken faucets in my garage and in the guest bathroom. He arrived at the appointed time and did the work very efficiently and finished the work sooner than I expected. Temperature Control stood by the estimate they provided a few months ago. I highly recommend them.

So far everything about this company has been top-notch Sonny came out and finished it off with a good job doing the duct pressure testing and sealing. Laura is always very professional and on top of the scheduling it’s always done promptly. Thx.

Julian did out duct cleaning and pressure testing. Very professional friendly and knowledgeable. He shared everything with me and gave me tips on how to make my house more comfortable. Definitely enjoyed my experience with him.

Eddie and Elliot showed up sooner than expected, which was nice. They got right to it, diagnosing. The problem in the fix, they talked me through the problem and what their fix would be. Then they got right to it. Also, had Eddie, give me a quote for a reppipe for drinking water in the home. I'm very happy with the work they made me a happy customer thanks for the quality work.
