They responded and charged me but didn't do much or offer any of the great services they advertise while you're on hold waiting to make an appointment.

They really don’t care about your business (I guess they have too much) they will cancel on you and reschedule and not show up at the time stated. The receptionist really didn’t care if I canceled or not so I canceled and they really didn’t care for my business so I’ll never do business here again

Another company came 3 times to clear a clogged sewer without success. They wanted to charge me $1200 to clear it. Carlos took less than 20 minutes and charged way less

I want to say carlos did a great job on unplugging my toilet. It might not sound like a big job but he was helpful and gave me heades up on how to do it my self very knowledgeable and fast and prompt and not expensive. I would recommended him greatly recommended him!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shawn and his team did a superb installation of a new HVAC unit. I can't say enough positive things about this company. Their attention to detail is outstanding.

Nothing but good to say. My kitchen sink was clogged. Rightway had done a big re-piping job a couple years ago. When I called them, they were out the next day to see what was going on. They didn’t charge me even though it turned out to be an unrelated issue. I really appreciate how fast they took care of it and how kind they were to me. Brandon T and Zachary G are the nicest plumbers I’ve ever met.

Our family had a splendid experience with Allen. His professionalism exceeded our expectations. We know we found a company that sincerity cares about their customers. A well deserved five-stars all around.

Giovanni Carrera was great, he explained everything as he went along checking everything. He was very knowledgeable and detail oriented with everything. I felt very comfortable with what he was doing. He told us things that we could do to make the system run smoother and quieter. I hope next Spring we can get he back to get us ready for Summer. Tony was amazing on the first two visits, the plumber came to do some outside plumbing work, I wasn’t there, but we spoke, very helpful and made helpful suggestions. The 4th and 5th visits were HVAC duct service:
Eddie, Jorge, and Jonathon did the duct work at the 4th visit, with a surprise visit by Tony to correct a problem. Wonderful communication and quality work!
The last Visit was with Julian, and he was equally helpful and communicative during the duct cleaning, and sent pics before and after. All-in-all, a great company with great employees who care and it shows!!

Service Tech Eli came to our home this morning for a safety and maintenance inspection on our two furnaces and spent two hours with us. He found several issues that need attention, and gave us detailed explanations including photos about everything. He broke down the costs for each recommended service so we could choose what we wanted to do. We feel very confident that our HVAC system will be clean and in top condition when all of the services are complete. I will recommend him and Temperature Control to anyone who has a need.

Julian Vargas was friendly, efficient and explained his services, as well as, the benefits of having Aeroseal added.

Eli did a thorough job checking out my HVAC system, explained everything in simple terms and was not pushy about buying a maintenance agreement. I did purchase the 5 year plan because I was confident based on the information he gave me that that would be the best plan for me. Overall this was a very positive experience thanks to Eli's professional service.

Giovanni Carrera was the best technician that I ever had he had told me there are some issues with my system as he had done a maintenance on it and my unit is 20+ years old he gave me some quotes on to repair it but came to the conclusion that it’s best we get price on a new system! Thank you Giovanni for working outside in this het you have great customer service.

Giovanni Carrera came to the house for our annual HVAC service and inspection. I never miss these appointments as I don’t want the AC to fail in the heat of summer. On one of my older units Giovanni expertly identified a capacitor that was failing. A quick and painless fix but one that requires an expert. Temperature Control is an outstanding company but it is their cadre of technicians that make the company great. See you next year Giovanni.
On a side note I received a call from a neighbor last week who had a water heater problem. He asked who he should call. I said Temperature Control. Every other company told him to wait a week. Temperature Control had a new unit installed the same afternoon. A referral and a new customer for life. That’s how it works.

Technicians Eddie and Elliot came out to replace my gas water heater today; they courtesally texted when on their way; but due to my emergency, they arrived an hr and half before estimated time window to my utmost gratitude!! Once here they were extremely professional, kind, very quick and efficient and answered all my questions/ concerns after the fact! I will ask for only them on all my plumbing issues and couldn't be happier with their service. 10/10! Company is blessed to have them :)

Eddie and Antonio installed a new water softener at my home in Saddlebrooke last week, and they did a great job. They were polite, efficient, and professional. Temperature Control Inc. is a great company to work with. The receptionists, John (the one who provides the estimates - also very product-knowledgeable), and the installers... all great to work with. And a reasonable price too!

Eddie and Elliott arrived on time, installed our hot water heater, cleaned up and we're on their way. They made a couple enhancements to make future upgrades to our copper connections. They went the "extra mile"!

I only have 2 words to describe Temperature control. Miracle Workers. They came to my house at 7:30 p.m. t assess my problem and by 8:00 the following morning they were installing my unit. They did everything they said they would do exactly like they said they would do it. They were very reasonable, worked quickly, cleaned up after, I've never seen anything like it. If there was a Michelin star for air conditioning companies like there is for restaurants Temperature Control would win hands down every single time. I am most grateful to their entire team. From the bottom of my heart I can't thank you enough.

Caesar and Elliott installed a garbage disposal and re plumbed our kitchen sink. He was very professional and courteous. They left the area clean and explained everything that they did.
