I had a badly clogged toilet that was overflowing and no amount of plunging would help, I called Super Drain to come out and see if they could fix the problem. They showed up on time and got to work right away, they had the problem fixed in no time. Very efficient and knowledegble, would highly recommend!!

With the weather being so cold lately, my water heater broke without warning. I gave these guys a call and I had a service tech out within the hour. Water heater was replaced within 2hours. Great work!!!

Called them to come out to my house and they came out for free! Some other company was going to charge me a drive fee. As they got here they were in and out in 30min. My tub was plugged up and the price was perfect.

Punctual, professional, and got the job done quickly. I will definitely be calling them for any plumbing repairs. Was very pleased with their customer service.

I called my home warranty company because I had a leak in some plumbing outdoors. I made sure each company knew it was outdoors when I was scheduling the appointments and filing the claim. So Super Drain shows up to my house, the guys takes a glance at the issue and demands the $60. He told me he needs the $60 before he can even call the Home Warranty company to get the repair approved. So fine, I pay the $60.

He steps off for a few minutes and comes up to me saying he has bad news and that the Home Warranty won't cover the repair because it's not indoors. I was livid. No wonder he was so rushed to get the money. I asked him if he knew the policy with Home Warranty and he agreed that he did. So I asked him why they would even come to look at the problem if he knew it wouldn't be covered? He tried to make up some excuses about how it might have been covered so he just wanted to check.

I don't even have experience with this company's service because we never got that far but if they are willing to scam you out of $60 before even beginning the work I can't imagine what problems you would have later on down the road. Not to mention they were extremely unprofessional. So again, do yourself a favor and stay far away.

I had a great experience with the company and the technician Brian. The sink did not drain anymore and there was an issue with the garbage disposal. They came out on the same day within hours. The garbage disposal was replaced and the blockage was removed very quickly. The representative that answers the calls was also very friendly. Great service!

I had the best experience with super drain I had previously called Parker and son they came out gave me an estimate for 1433 to install a water heater even though I was buying the water heater and having it delivered. I called super drain they came out gave me an estimate much less than Parker and son. Super drain service reps came out and installed the water heater explained everything to me and the workers were so professional. I recommend this company.

Be very careful with this company. I had contacted my home warranty company because of a clogged drain between my bathrooms that was preventing us from using our showers and toilets and they told me they would send their contractor out to perform the work and we would pay $65 when we were done.

The contractor sent a technician who responded when I answered the door by saying, "Did you call? I need to collect the $65 before I do anything." That was a red flag to me as I just had another company out to unclog another, separate drain a week before and waited until the job was completely done before I paid the $65. I informed this technician and initially protested but dropped in when I stood my ground. He kept asking me the same questions over and over again, such as "Is there a clean out?", which I told him four times not that I could find, and loudly complained when I told him the other guy had to clear the drain by going on the roof. He loudly complained about it and asked how he was able to even do it. I explained he took his equipment apart carried it up and put it back together. He asked to use my ladder (which was and is buried in the back of my garage) and when I told him no and asked why he couldn't use the ladder on top of his truck he said he just thought it would be easier to use mine. I told him no and he grumbled and retrieved his ladder.

Two hours later he ultimately failed to unblock the drain and told me that he would have to call his boss (the owner) to come over and they would charge me an additional $325. That price seemed really high and once his boss arrived I brought it up and his boss loudly complained about the liability of going on our roof, paying for two people, etc... and attempted to shame me by saying, "So you don't want to me pay my employees?" and threatened to leave. I told him to set up while I made a phone call, and called his competitor. Without telling them the situation I asked them for a price to perform the same service that same day and they told me they would do it for $209 since it was after hours (normally $189). The owner at this time came back in and said that he would do me a favor and knock the price down to $300. I told him I no longer needed his services and he could leave my property. His competitor (Drain Masters LLC) came, cleared the clog, and charge the $209 as promised.

Long story short, be very wary of these guys. The owner obviously thought he had me over a metaphorical barrel and could take advantage of my situation to rip me off. Unfortunately, they do seem to have the contract to perform a lot of these services for home warranty companies, but if you have a choice or if you exceed what the warranty covers do yourself a favor and find someone else.

This company has been great we had a major issue with our plumbing and it was fixed right after the problem was diagnosed. They answer phone calls promptly and they follow up with any questions. When they say they will come they always come on time and always explain everything they need to do. Now that we own our home they will definitely be our go to plumber company. The owner is great and will help in any way possible if your home warranty or insurance isn't being helpful. The owner and all his employees have been very nice and helpful as well. We had 2 guys come and stay the whole day well into the night to get a big job done for us. I would highly recommend this company. On time and good customer service!!!!!!! No issues with completion of the work and was happy they could help me out on a Saturday.
However $675 (incl $70 OT) seemed excessive for 2 hours of work and I was not quoted prices before work commenced.

I had Sahara Mechanical come out for a leaking pipe in our backyard. Richard came out looked at it and said no problem, yes he fix the leak which he had to dig all around our huge grapefruit tree. I was only charged for a service call. Thank you Richard and Sahara Mechanical great job.

I feel I was very blessed to find Ruben and Gary to install my new unit. they were on time. It was very cold and windy outside, but they got the unit up and running.

I was in the process of putting up a new cooler on my mobile home when my son fell off the roof and fractured vertebrae in his back. While he was in the hospital I needed someone to get the cooler on the roof as soon as I could so I could get my son home from the hospital. I called several companies and they either didn't do swamp coolers anymore or they were busy and couldn't help for several weeks. I called Sahara Mechanical and talked to Gary and explained my situation, he came out the next day and did some measuring and looked to see what needed to be done. He called me the next day with the price quote and had his crew out the next day to put the cooler on the roof. The crew did a great job and Gary told the owner my situation and the owner reduced the cost of the work. They are very caring people at Sahara and I would recommend them to anybody, great workers and kind people.

We requested information about new A/C and heating units for our home, and Sahara provided a quick response with all the information we needed. They worked with us to find the exact type of unit that would work best, and provided very reasonable prices, the best we found in the city. The workers arrived to our home during the time discussed, and completed the entire installation (including the removal of our old outside A/C unit AND inside heater) within a couple of hours. The work was performed respectfully and quietly, and all questions were answered very professionally. Everyone involved in the process from the initial quote to the clean-up was very pleasant and easy to work with. Several weeks have passed since our service and we have not had any concerns. I would strongly recommend using Sahara for any A/C or heating needs.
