I had reached out to this company after another company wanted to do excessive work for replacing the toilet flange. Frank stated he would do the work for $550 for replacing the flange and cleaning the concrete around the plumbing work. Frank had only replaced the flange and did not touch the concrete but still received a invoice of 550. when asked why it was the same amount, Frank advised the amount included the cost of reinstalling the toilet and he would contact their secretary as she kept advising me the cost does not include the toilet install and it would be an additional 180. I have been attempting to reach them to discuss this conflict for over 2 weeks and keep going to voicemail and never receiving a callback. They do not communicate with each other and are trying to overcharge after learning that we are going through our home warranty company and the competitor was going to charge over 1200.
