This company quoted one amount then charged triple the amount. They DON'T write down their estimated amount as most companies would do. Then they try to get as much as possible from you.

I was very pleased with their pricing & excellent service. Responded quickly great service clean and professional. I will definitely use them again and refer them.

I recently purchased a home which required significant plumbing work due to renovations. Not only can high quality work be counted on at a reasonable and fair price but I have no doubt that their experienced tradesman have skills that other competitors may not always have. When challenged with difficult unexpected plumbing issues that required repair and/or innovative work-around they preserved and fixed things when others may have required significant and costly demolition to even attempt a repair. The technicians also watch out for the customer by identifying potential issues that may require attention at the time. Customer service is excellent. I had an issue with fixture placement in one bathroom and all necessary work was redone at no cost so that I was 100% happy at the end. Very friendly and professional. I'll always use them!

Diana and Joe are by far the easiest people to work with. They are honest and work with full integrity. I won't trust any other company now that I've work with In & Out Plumbing!! You can trust them too!!!

These guys were referred to me by a neighbor. I called, they came, they drilled out my pipes, and were on their way.
I noticed that I still had bubbles in the toilet so I called them...and they came back out right away...the owner came himself (a very nice, knowledgable man) and went through the pipes again cutting tree roots that have clogged the drain. (Been here 42 years) He explained everything, told me how to locate my buried “clean out” in case it’s ever needed...and was just extremely kind. A genuine nice man.

This is a local, family owned company and they will do whatever it takes to make you a satisfied customer. I learned this first hand today and was very impressed!! I will never use anyone else but them! I have referred them to everyone I know... because I KNOW they will be treated well.

I have had an issue with a washing machine drain that has constantly overflowed into the bathroom sink for years. Dominic with In and Out diagnosed and repaired the issue today. He was courteous, professional and above all very thorough. Thank you for taking care of us. You did a FANTASTIC job!

Owner's response to China Phoenix's comment below was not honest.

1. "Our company always requires a signature with the set amount of the job price before the job is started"
----- That didn't happen -- no set amount of the estimate was given. Please see attached proof.

2. "I understand your wife was at the job site and was given the written estimate and ....... The price charged for the job was the same amount on the written estimate."

----- Lie. No amount was provided in the written estimate. Please see attached proof. My wife shouldn't have signed without $ amount being provided . That's a lesson learned.

3. "We value all of our customers and would like to resolve this experience that has you feeling unhappy with our service. You may contact our office and ask for any manager at any time, we are a 24/7 company. "

---- Before I post this I did call back twice on Aug 9 and Aug 14 asking to talk to the owner to respond. Secretary said she would pass the number and message. But no one called me back.

Received three quotes for plumbing work on our house which is pending sale. In and Out plumbing was by far the best quote not only in price, but also not trying to sell us on unnecessary work. Joey was on time, considerate, professional, and got the job done in a timely manner. He has a great personality which made the expierence even better. The final price was the same as the the initial quote. We liked the company so much, we called the same day to have them do work on our other home. Thanks, In and Out, we WILL be referring you to our family, friends, and buisness associates. It pays to be honest.

Bryce was professional, knowledgeable, and super efficient! He was able to repair our drain issues without causing damage to our old plumbing. Office staff is professional and polite! I was truly impressed with their over service!!

Great same day service ! I am a retired HVAC estimator & I know what great service is. I just listed my home and needed to have a Garbage Disposal replaced, a friend recommended this company and "Wow ", they came on time, Gilbert drove up wearing a big smile and was very professional installing the unit. High Marks for great service and fair pricing for a job well done.

The man that came over, claiming he was the owner, to clear a sewer line cut an abs sewer line instead of taking it apart and used our power to do it (he popped a breaker) sawed our sewer line in half and then taped it! Not only is that illegal but the pipe broke spilling sewage all over! Our property maintenance had to fix it, just not cleaning the sewage because this should have been your owners responsibility to do it right by using a coupler and doing something that is illegal! The fact the supposed owner didn't bother to use a coupler and used tape shows how bad this guy actually actually is and claims he has so much knowledge of plumbing! Don't use this company! BUYER BEWARE!
