We had numerous companies come out for a very odd issue. The homeowners prior to us, used dishwasher hoses in our bathroom shower for the piping. After 4 years, it had to be replaced. We were recommended by my father in law and I must say, at first I was reluctant. But when Scott showed up, we were very pleased. He explained every step to us and let us know through out the process how it was going. He made recommendations that made sense and he understood our frustration. I hope we don’t have any more plumbing emergencies again, but if we do (knock on wood), we would love to have Scott at Curtis Plumbing come back out. We are also getting new dressers so it will be easier on all of us next time lol!

Woke up Christmas Eve and septic tank was FULL! Called around and got no answer or response from other companies, that said 24/7 emergency response. But Curtis Plumbing responded and said techs were available and would add my address to the service for today. The lady we spoke with on the phone and the techs that came out were understanding, courteous, and very helpful. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you again!!!

Ken and his team are awesome!! I highly recommend them. We had a major septic issue and Ken took care of us. I especially appreciated Ken (owner) was there everyday over seeing the project.

These folks were awesome! First off, they were able to get me on the schedule quickly which I greatly appreciated.

Their dispatcher communicated with me throughout the day of service and answered all my questions. She also quoted me exactly what the cost ended up being which was awesome!

The guys that came out were professional and friendly, they answered all our questions and even tagged our septic tanks for future clean outs.

this was my second time calling these plumbers since moving in, and both times were great. lately, we kept smelling a strong sewage odor in the laundry room, especially when using the kitchen or bathroom exhaust fans. stanley came out and used smoke testing to track down the problem. he opened up the wall behind the laundry area and found out there was no p-trap installed. after he put in a p-trap, the bad smell went away completely. the price was very reasonable, and i would gladly tell friends and family to use this plumbing service.

We had waste water start backing up into our house, but luckily we noticed it quickly and shut off all the water before it got worse. we called paul's plumbers, and kyle came out to help us. He did some troubleshooting and found there was a blockage under the patio in the back of our house. kyle used a backhoe to carefully dig up the problem area, which turned out to be a clean out pipe buried about three feet down. There were tree roots growing inside it, and the clean out had never had a lid installed. kyle did a quick and thorough cleaning and then used a camera to check the pipe both ways, making sure everything was completely cleared. The whole job took about an hour and a half, and he installed a proper clean out pipe with a lid when he finished. Excellent work all around. i highly recommend this crew to anyone in tucson who needs plumbing help.

we really appreciated the on-time plumbing service and were impressed with maximus's skill and experience during our big upgrade. he handled installations and adjustments in three bathrooms, the kitchen, garage, and even outside. maximus put in two new bathroom sinks with matching faucet sets, a new bathtub faucet set and showerhead, and a new kitchen faucet set along with a garbage disposer. he also re-installed a toilet tank, made some smart adjustments, and added new water lines and angle stops. all the old, heavy sinks and faucets were carefully removed and hauled away for us. maximus even flushed our hot water heater and, based on his helpful advice, installed a new pressure valve and a hose bib outside to keep everything running smoothly, especially with the arizona heat. you can really tell maximus takes pride in his plumbing work—he always left every area clean and tidy. both he and the office manager were consistently friendly and professional. it feels great knowing we now have a reliable plumber we can call anytime.
