Our home's septic tank decided to backup while my Mother In Law was alone with our kids and my wife and I were both out of town. Roger and Braden were both so amazing. From the first moment they showed up they worked on keeping everything running until they could fix, what turned out to be a major pipe issue. Both Braden and Roger were amazing in showing up when they said they would, fixing everything and even offering their help in fixing a few other plumbing items we had. From the moment we called to them offering the invoice, we couldn't have been more satisfied with the service Curtis gave us through Roger and Braden. I will definitely suggest them to everyone I meet and use only Curtis from here on out!

Used Curtis Plumbing at my office for years. They always did a top notch job. Recently had two occasions where I needed some work done on my home. Joe did a great job and I was shocked at how affordable the work was. I wish all plumbers were this reliable. Thanks Curtis Plumbing!

4/7/2017 Back in Sept of 2002 I had Curtis Plumbing install a 50 Gal. water heater, it lasted 14 1/2 years. Today I had them out to replace the old one with a new 50 Gal. water heater. The pricing was certainly fair for the work that was done. They arrived on time, the plumber that they sent out (Braden) was very personable, knowledgeable and he completed the work in 1.5 hours!!! I would certainly recommend the company to anyone that I know, the quality of there work is top notch in my book!!!

Matt, the technician that came to my house was incredibly professional, friendly, and diligent about doing the work that my architect needed him to do which was to locate the crazy sewage lines In my house which is a very funky historic property. I would definitely recommend this company. I don’t have a frame of reference as far as how Economic it is to go through Curtis Plumbing but in my mind a job well done where I don’t have to worry is money well spent. Especially when it comes to infrastructure issues.

Ran into jiame at gas station. He was representing the company with brochures. Speaks very highly of Ken and thr company. Very detailed on information with a contagious positive personality and Smile.

Curtis Plumbing has serviced our septic system for over 20 years. This is a reliable and reputable company. Communication with the office is always pleasant, scheduling is prompt and timely updates are provided. Joe arrived on time, was polite and promptly treated my system.

Updated Review 5/4/22 Had technician MATT from Curtis Plumbing come out to replace 3 Lavatory Faucets and a cartridge in the Tub/Shower turn on handle. He was professional and thorough . Did a great job and got us all updated. I highly recommend Curtis Plumbing.

Called Curtis Plumbing to schedule an appointment to have them come out and check a small slow water leak under the kitchen sink. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Technician ( Robert ) showed up on time, and was very professional and polite.
He discovered the leak in minutes and was able to fix the problem within 30-40 minutes. He had to replace a shut off water valve under the sink, in a tight place. He also double checked the other valve and fittings.
I have used Curtis Plumbing in the past, and they are always professional and reliable. Will use them again next time I have plumbing issues.

We had a water leak on a Saturday! 😖 But Matt called back within minutes, and was here in an hour to fix it. He also recommended another small fix to have us working better! We were very happy with the quick efficient service! We will use Curtis Plumbing exclusively now! Thanks Matt for making it fairly painless! 😁

Joe arrived at the expected time and got to work quickly and professionally. For over 30 years, I have had excellent service from everyone at Curtis for numerous plumbing problems and preventative maintenance They are all knowledgeable and friendly. I would never use any other plumbing company.

I had three other companies come in and couldn’t get a drain cleared in my bathroom. The quotes and work ranged from $1200-$1500. One company said “re-pipe”. I stopped using the sink and was convinced the repair would be thousands. The other companies even told me my AC condensate was running to this faucet and it could cause problems by the sink not working.

I called Curtis as a last ditch effort. Scott arrived, on time and immediately identified the issues. He pointed out my AC is on the roof and what other companies said was my condensate was an old pipe before my AC was upgraded and put on the roof. He repaired everything and even covered the holes with dry wall (they were in non visible areas). Scott was particularly great with my dogs, knowledgeable and very thorough. I will hands down call again for future plumbing needs. Extra special thank you to Scott, from me and my doggos!!

True, I had to wait a long time for them to get here (hence the -1 star), but once they did Jake was fantastic. Explained everything, fixed everything and was super cool about it. Would definitely recommend him.

Friday at noon we received a 300% increase in our water bill with no one using the home. I called, from outside the USA, two different plumbers that we had used previously over the years and was told that they could not come until the following week to even look for the leak, even being aware that I had lost more than 10,000 gallons of water with a leak in an unknown location. I called Curtis Plumbing and immediately felt relief when told that they could have someone come to our home for the emergency within the hour even though they were heavily booked. I will only use Curtis Plumbing in the future since they are not in it just for the money. They do care about the customer and offer excellent service.

I have always been fully satisfied with all work done by Curtis personnel.
They are professional, highly competent and get the job done right the first time. Scheduling is always prompt and they arrive when they promise. They have provided good advice when job options have existed.
I do not mind paying a fair price for work done right, and quality work is difficult to find.

I have used Curtis Plumbing since moving to Tucson 10+ years ago, and find them to be consistently reliable and excellent at providing the information needed for me to understand any problem at hand. Office staff is always helpful as well. Today Scott was able to come out to troubleshoot an unexpected issue that came up suddenly, got everything back to working beautifully and eased my concerns. I am always appreciative of the skilled service Curtis staff provides.

Best place for plumbing services. I've seen so many reviews about Joe's service so when I called I asked for Joe and I must say I wasn't disappointed. Courteous, respectful, he made sure the prices were well outlined and I understood, cleaned up after himself and on time with service. Joe really did an awesome job. I will always use Curtis plumbing thanks to Joe.

UPDATED REVIEW: I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. We had a water leak on our property and Joe and Conner came out right away to take care of it. They worked tirelessly to get the leak repaired and showed incredible professionalism and knowledge about the issue. Our water was restored thanks to these guys despite a glitch they had with one of the valves on the City side. If anyone thinks customer service is "dead"-- think again. Curtis Plumbing gives new meaning to the word "service" and I can't thank them enough for their help.

We've had several visits from Curtis Plumbing from drain cleaning to toilet repair. The workmen are polite, respectful, and they know what they know how to get the job done.
